The room was perfect. My wife and I stayed in Boothbay last minute and the booking process was simple and easy. The Inns staff were great and very pleasant. Our room was on the first floor right on the water. The room was clean and tidy and the view was perfect.

We were up for the Christmas light show. Things are very off-season and the locals have the time to point out things and chat. The Tugboat Inn is nicely situated and you can walk to everything, almost. The rooms are kept up, the staff is very helpful and pleasant, and Boothbay is still beautiful. I would stay again.

Our stay was fine for one night but I probably wouldn’t recommend it for longer. The room was very clean, but very small and my family of four were quite on top of one another. The view was beautiful though and the staff very friendly and helpful. It is quite conveniently located and worked well for our visit to the botanical gardens. In addition to the size being an issue, the room could use some TLC overall - cracks/missing grout, old fixtures and a general feeling of needing some updates. As I said though, very clean and friendly!!!

Clean room friendly helpful staff legitimate concern maybe throw a burger on the menu. I felt sorry for restaurant staff on Saturday night so busy not enough help. They seemed overwhelmed. So I just did takeout from somewhere else!

We did not know what to expect and were so delighted! The check in was easy, the room was perfect clean and comfortable. Having a restaurant right on site was helpful for us. If we make our way up again, would definitely stay here again!
