Our bellhop was great!! The room was clean and comfortable. Concert venue is awesome except for security who told me to go back to my seat (I was taking pictures at the stage) but allowed many others to stay. Let us have fun girl!!! Casino is clean, Sportsbar had good food choices, reasonably priced.

Room was clean and comfortable, but just the bare essentials: no extra blankets, terrible coffee in the room, rust stains in bottom of tub, only two tiny water bottles in mini fridge, two bath towels for two nights. Too expensive for what you get.

Should’ve spent more time in comfy bed

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious!! The staff were welcoming and friendly, even though we didn’t get to the restaurant until fairly close to closing as we were driving across country and had only stopped for the night to rest. We decided to take stroll through the casino and had a little fun while we stretched out after driving all day. The huge shower had great water pressure & included everything one needs to shower so no need to unpack everything. Finally, we had a restful nights sleep on the memory form mattresses with very comfy bedding rarely experienced in regular hotels.

Fire Alarm from HELL!

The hotel and casino was very clean. We enjoyed our stay until 12:30am when the fire alarm went off 8 TIMES!! Probably once every 30 minutes. The first time the alarm sounded we followed the instructions to evacuate walking down 11 flights of stairs. Upon arriving to the main entrance to see what was going on there were no employees to give any kind of update. We walked upon an employee and asked what was going on and she said it was a false alarm. We went to our room and within 30 minutes the alarm went off AGAIN!! No employees around to instruct us on what to do. The lack of communication was so upsetting. Finally we called the front desk and they said there was a water pipe broke and causing the fire alarm to go off. We asked for some compensation due to the inconveniences and the lack of sleep. They gave us $50 food credit. We would have just appreciated some employee/staff updates and that would have been sufficient. Please set a plan in motion in the event of this happening again. But the hotel is beautifully renovated and very clean.

The girl who checked us in was very friendly and extremely helpful i requested a lower floor and I ask abt the stairwell bc I have a Phobia and she took us and showed us where it is and gave us 3rd floor. We ask abt bands and she was so explanatory abt where the 3 areas are that play music. She was kind and never acted as if it was a bother. Smiling and friendly
