Check-in for our first visit started off bad. We were charged the normal resort fee and incidentals hold on our debit card that totaled $168 something, which is fine. Once we got everything to the room and went down to visit the casino, I received a notification from my bank that my card was just charged again by Live!, only this time it was well over $300. We spoke to staff then and again when we checked out two days later, both saying it was a mistake in the system but it would all be returned to the card after we checked out. That was over 10 hours ago and still waiting. Just a bad way to start the trip. Money wasn't the problem, but the hastle is.

Nice room of course, very limited food choices during the week. Their cafe was closed Monday night, a lot of us can’t afford to eat at Prime! I know they don’t get big crowds on week nights, but the Horseshoe keeps there cafe open and thats were we had to go!
