Booked a NON smoking room...when I arrived they only had smoking rooms available. I was on the phone with Margaritavlle trying to book a non smoking room when Manager said they would have a room available shortly. Upgraded us to a suite..#2501. Although the room.was ok, the king bed was absolutely horrendous! It was broke down and lopsided and very uncomfortable! I havr pictures!!!

Check In line was crazy. 1st room had roaches. 2nd room seemed as if they didn’t change the linens as there were smudges of makeup and whatnot on the sheets and they were not even fully tucked in. Remote was sticky, curtains were broken to where you couldn’t even shut them to keep light out.For the amount you pay to stay here per night, this should NEVER be the case. We won’t be returning.
