The locks were constantly changed and we were not made aware of it. there was a wait to get the new codes from the owner. We sat outside for a bit because he was slow getting us the new codes. NO HOT WATER TO SHOWER... This sucked. we reached out but it was clear he wasn't familiar to the apartment at all. He didn't remember the handles on the faucet in order to help us get warm water. Steps were brutal getting to the 3rd floor Furniture was very cheap and uncomfortable. We had 5 of us and there wasn't enough seating for us all to sit around the tv area. Not enough amenities on site. No toaster, garbage bags, small appliances, can opener, knifes, cheap towels, etc. there was grime in the corners of the bathroom and the fridge handle had built up grime Beds were horrible it was very loud when other guest checked in in the middle of the night floors are sloped so bad that we always felt like we would fall over. only exception is the home was built in 1893. So i will take that into account. owner was nice when he would finally get back in touch with me. It really needs some upgrades. I don't think there has been improvements for a very long time.
