This spacious 2300 sq. ft. 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom home accommodates up to 16 guests, perfect for families or friends. Located in a peaceful area with easy access to attractions, this space offers a family-friendly atmosphere.

A reserved parking spot ensures a hassle-free stay, ideal for multigenerational trips.

🚭 Smoking, Drugs, and Vaping: Not allowed inside and outside the property. A $250 fine will be imposed if violated.

🎉 Parties & Loud Music: No parties allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 7 AM. If it is determined that guests are having a party or neighbors report complaints/call the police, guests will be asked to leave immediately without refund. A $1,000 fine will be imposed.

Very clean areas. We had some with mobility issues that had trouble with the stairs, but that's normal. Kitchen was very nice, but tight for 10 people. Location was perfect for what we wanted to see in Boston. Great to have parking.

We absolutely loved staying here! It was the perfect house for our groups of 22. The house was beautiful and so conveniently located to many cute restaurants and even downtown Boston. Our host was wonderful, always quick to respond to my messages and made check in and check out the easiest I have ever experienced. Thanks for letting us stay!!

It was great! We loved the house, the kids loved the bunk beds and my daughter loved the tent they had set up. It was in a great location and for the price the quality of the house was more than we could ask for. The only bummer part was that we stayed only one night. If you are looking for a great house in the Boston area here is one for you!

Easy stay for a night out in Boston.

Excellent stay! Host responded promptly with access codes! Beautiful 5 BR. Neighborhood felt very safe! We ubered to seaport for dinner and a night out. 15-20 minutes.

Staying at Jenny’s property was a great experience! Plenty of beds for everyone in my group to get their own (7 us total) and still have a couple of beds left unused. The apartment was very clean, and it is exactly as the photos show. Communicating with Jenny was very easy as she was very prompt in responding to my messages!The location is pretty great, less then 10 minutes away from multiple restaurants and bars down in Adams Village, a short walk to the Ashmont train station, and easy access to the highway if you plan on driving anywhere north or south of the city.Would definitely recommend this listing to anyone looking for a place to stay in Boston!

Very nice home rental

My family was in Boston for college graduation.This home rental was great space for large group to stay together. Very clean. Parking in back of the house is nice feature and there is some limitations to parking in front of the house. More than 2 or 3 cars could be challenging, but street parking is free.The only problem was in the main bathroom, the shower water did not get hot enough. Was not an issue for us because we were traveling with small group and easy to share the other 2 bathrooms. Hopeful this issue will be fixed for others.Overall, we had a great experience with this rental.

This is an upstairs apartment and the kids rooms are on the third floor so the downstairs tennants cannot hear them from the bedroom. This is definitiely spacious, and it was clean. We traveled with 10 total family members and everyone was able to have a bed of their own (2 night stay). All of the beds were comfortable. The kitchen had an awesome refrigerator. The kitchen is minimally stocked, but we had what we needed. There is a regular coffee maker and a keurig. There were paper towels, hand soap and dish soap. We ate our main meals out and I heated up breakfast casseroles in the morning (oven worked very well). Bathrooms had awesome showers and great water pressure. They stocked with toilet paper, hand soaps, shampoo and conditioner. We had plenty of towels. The Ashmont subway station is a half mile away, so convenient. (My son in law looked at the wrong directions and it took us longer, but it was an easy walk and we felt safe.) We had a small vehicle and parked in the back (it's tight, so if you have a larger vehicle it will take some maneuvering). The other two cars parked on the street with no issues. The host is very easy to contact and she responds immediately. We all enjoyed our stay very much. I would definitely stay here again.
