Clean, modern, but...

Modern, clean hotel. Beds are hard. Walls are thin so noisy rooms. They charge a $25/day resort fee and you get $25/day in restaurant credits. Restaurant = poor. Cleveland Circle has seen better days. About a 25 minute walk to Boston College.

We stayed here for one night to be close to Boston hospitals because I had an early surgery. Because of this, we didn’t get a chance to do much shopping, exploring the area, or dining. We did appreciate the easy on-site parking, but the elevators smelled strongly of marijuana and the room/floor was so hot that I didn’t fully dress in all the layers I had until we got down to the lobby. The hotel itself was very nice but I wouldn’t recommend it if stay here again.

Everything was great in my room! It was very clean and roomy. Loved the benches to put your bags. The desk was super helpful. Only complaint and it was not in my room...in another room of our party there was no hot water.

All in all, a nice stay. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful HOWEVER the parking lot was too small and after the show we went to let out late, no parking was available. The staff did resolve this problem by allowing us to park in the loading zone which was super nice. I would have given the hotel a 5 but for the lack of parking. Thanks staff for helping out.
