We had to stay a quick night in Boston due to a late flight making us miss our bus. Arriving at the hotel late, the night front desk person was very nice and kind and helpful. We appreciated that he understood we were super tired and he made everything easy on us.
We were disappointed that the airport shuttle, which is clearly outlined in your website, and one of the reasons we stayed with you, was not running. While your hotel did the right thing and provided an uber, we had to relocate to pick it up and it was very confusing as to where to find the driver. You need to improve transfers and make sure your guests don’t have to “guess” as to what is going on. I shouldn’t have to call the hotel (a pain as finding the local number and not some centralized reservation desk) and ask for what was supposed to be made available automatically. At the end of a long day, you’re supposed to be a refuge of easy comfort.
But, your great people made it all work. Make sure you reward them for their help!
