Master Bedroom features a deluxe King bed with our indulgent custom linens, fluffy duvet, and plush pillows, two night tables with lamps, clock radio, dresser and very spacious closets.

Second Bedroom features x2 (two) deluxe Queen/Full beds with our indulgent custom linens, fluffy duvet, and plush pillows, two night tables with lamps, clock radio, dresser and very spacious closets. We have upgraded the listing beds in the second bedroom and added one more Queen/Full bed, to host more guests and make it more comfortable.

The Living Room includes a sofa, folding bed (at request), two chairs, an entertainment center with a flat panel LCD TV, DVD/VCR player, CD stereo system, a dining area with seating for four and a work desk with lamp and your choice of wired or wireless Internet access.

The gourmet Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including dishes, glasses, cutlery and pots and pans. The kitchen features Shaker-style birch cabinets and tile floors, granite counter tops and full-size Energy Star GE s stainless steel appliances (four burner stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and side-by-side full-size refrigerator with ice maker), toaster, and coffee maker. Coffee, tea and sweeteners are provided. *disclaimer* pictures might be different than the real apartment because we have multiple units in the building and we do have varieties of furniture items. Parking is free for monthly stays*.

-Note: If you need a folding bed, you need to let us know at least 1 day (24 hours) prior to your arrival. We'll try to accommodate your same-day request as much as we can, but it's not guaranteed if not planned unfortunately.
- Each guest have 1-2 hours to check the apartment and send us a message in case of anything missing/unclean so we can verify and react to ensure smooth check in process and comfortable stay. Any requests after this time-frame will be postponed until next day, thank you for understanding and cooperation
-Quiet times from 9pm to 9am. No smoking and no events are allowed. Max guest capacity is 3 for One-Bedroom, 5 for Two-Bedroom, and 7 for Three-Bedroom --Unless agreed with us before checking in. Violators will be asked to leave immediately with no-refund.
-Quiet times from 9pm to 9am. No smoking and no events.
-Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave.
-Smoking or Partying violation $500.
-Please note that all guests who over 18 are required to submit a copy of their ID's, no exceptions.

Graduation Celevbration

We were in Boston as a family to celebrate our son’s graduation. The apartment is very conveniently located with a parking garage directly beside it. There was a friendly concierge at the desk to greet us and take us to the apartment. Upon arrival and in a hurry to catch the Stanley Cup playoffs we found no remote for the shattered tv. We streamed from a laptop that was less than good. Furniture in the living room was not assembled properly which resulted in a poor sleep for my oldest son.Having said this these problems were resolved in the morning. When leaving the apartment I left the key fob with the concierge since that was how we initially got in. That caused a lot of consternation and I was told that I may have to pay for the Fob that could not be located. I have not heard again about being charged so I am assuming I am ok.Overall I would recommend this apartment. We were their second ever guests and I suspect the issues were simply the management company ironing things out.

The worst experience in 10 years using the platform.

Specifically:It's a unit without blackout curtains — if you're planning to rest, you won't be able to.We only asked for one thing: a pack and play. They forgot.The contact managing the property seems shady — they ask you to check in with different information.Communication was nonexistent and terrible, plus rude.I would never return and definitely do not recommend it.

Great location and property

We really enjoyed our stay. Pros: - Beds were sooooo comfy. We had a king bed in one room, two full beds in the other bedroom, and 2 twin size rollaways. Plenty of space for 6 of us. - Fantastic gym in the basement that we used twice during our stay- Huge rooftop patio with propane fire pits that were easy to use. Also a full grill setup that would have been great in warmer weather. We spent multiple hours hanging out up there. They also had an indoor communal space on the top floor that was indoors. Plus a conference room, library space, etc. - Bikes that you can use for free are stored in the basement, but just a note, helmets and bike locks aren't included- Full service espresso machine in the lobby that we used A TON. There was a coffee maker in the unit, but we just ended up going downstairs anytime we wanted a latte or coffee. - Location in Back Bay was perfect. We walked everywhere, including Fenway, the aquarium, science museum. Cons:- The bedroom was tight. Not a ton of space to stand. - Check-in was a little complicated. This is an apartment building so they had extra security, which ultimately I appreciate, but it's more intense than your typical run of the mill vacation rental. (had to send my license, fill out forms before arrival)- Kitchen was limited if you plan to cook during your stay. We made nachos one night, but they didn't have any Tupperware to store leftovers. - The space didn't have any tissues. Not a dealbreaker, just would be helpful.

Very nice place in Boston

Great location; very nice layout of the units.After some misunderstandings about the checkout dates (we extended our stay right after booking), the owners found solutions to host us, and we stayed in 3 different units over the full length of our trip.Very nice apartments.They did everything to accommodate us.We will go back there as the location is awesome, in a very nice building with parking lot very close
