Great location. The staff was excellent. One negative was that we had a room designed for disabled persons. The shower had no curtains, just the drain on the floor. Not really the hotel's fault. I asked for help on the flight so I guess that followed over to the hotel. The hotelwas kind enough to adjust the price.

Water taxi from airport was perfect way to start nice vacation. Housekeeping did a great job preparing rooms each day. Location allows for easy walk to Little Italy or down the warfs. We will be back.

How can you offer rooms in the middle of the summer without functioning air conditioning!? My husband looked at the A/C panel in our room and immediately found the problem. DISGUSTING. See photos. So disappointing as the location and staff are lovely. Not only was the room unbearable, I’m now congested and exhausted after what was supposed to be a relaxing weekend. Oh, and waterfront suite w/VIP access? Sure, if you like looking at the Coast Guard parking lot!

Beautiful hotel, if they could just run it better.

They changed my room from a King sized bed with a waterfront view to a double room with a water front view. There was also mold in the grouting of the shower.

We stay here regularly. Great access to the north end. A bit tucked away and on the water. Great walking along the water too
