This is the second citizenM I have stayed at, and I must say I have loved their concept as well as their location in both Boston and Chicago. The only minus thing I could say would be. I wish they had coffee machines in the room.

The day we arrived, noticed the comforter, under the cover, had blood stains on it. Gross! Did call down to front desk and they brought us a new one but that should have been caught by the cleaning staff before it was put on our bed!

A really convenient location but stupid layout. We went to Boston to go see a concert at the TD gardens, the hotel was basically right next door from the entrance. Probably around 50 ft away. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They have a really good barista there too. A very nice Scottish lady with a very unique accent in my opinion. The rooms are really small, I mean really small. We had an entrance with a small open closet, a bathroom and shower which were enclosed in a Fogged glass surround with a toilet that reminded me of the one we had in our Winnebago. There was a king size bed right up against the wall and window at the end of the room so my wife had to climb over to get to her side. The view on the 12th floor was amazing. The tech was dumb to me because it was all on an iPad, but worked. You still had remote controls just in case The check-in was a screen where you put in your name and then follow the prompts, good thing there was somebody there to help. You pay for the location, not necessarily for the room or the luxury.

We only stayed one night, but we were very happy with our stay and would stay here again. Staff was awesome! friendly and helpful. The place itself is very chic, tech savvy, with great lounge and bar area, better breakfast buffet than most places. Room has blackout blinds which was perfect for a late morning nap before checkout. Room was a bit small, although has a very efficient layout, but with little to no bathroom privacy for more than one guest. Outside of that it was a fantastic stay. Sheets and towels smelled great!

It was an amazing experience especially for my first time in boston, however, my fiancee was walked into by an employee while he was in a stall using the bathroom. His stall door was wide open and she just started cleaning it like he wasnt there. Other than that amazing workers, very kind and sweet.

Really nice location close to everything. We walk a lot and never needed a car. We were very near the “Hop on Hop off” tour route. Room was very small but very nice. Lots of tech in the room and a great view.

The service, breakfast and ambiance were amazing! Artsy, modern, super clean, friendly, helpful staff, nice gym, eco friendly. The room was small but comfortable. The bathroom was among the smallest I’d ever seen and practically part of the room. This was fine for traveling alone but I wouldn’t recommend sharing a one-bed room with a partner unless you’re both light packers.
