This is the second citizenM I have stayed at, and I must say I have loved their concept as well as their location in both Boston and Chicago. The only minus thing I could say would be. I wish they had coffee machines in the room.

We were able to get an esrly check in, which was nice. Staff was all nice. Bed could be more comfortable, there were some sunken in spots, but pillows were nice. The area was nice, and the rooms really quiet.

All good. Only complaint is the detector in the room was blinking much brighter than in past stays. Each time it blinked it lit up the room, almost like a slow strobe light.

very comfortable bed. staff was friendly and very helpful. would have liked the toom to be a little larger as I am used to rooms with more space as well as a coffee maker. Otherwise it was perfect. very much like many rooms in Europe or Asia. very convenient locale.

What a fun place to stay! Very tech, but user friendly at the same time. We are old so I was afraid it might outsmart us, but it was fine. Staff were helpful without being condescending. The area felt safe and close to shopping, restaurants and only a short walk from The Freedom Trail. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Thanks to the staff at CitizenM for making us feel welcome and valued!
