Great location and best service. We had winter storms when we checked in. The hotel let us early check in . The shower water pressure is great for a comfortable shower. I love it.

Power outlets on desk didn't work, even after maintenance call. Daytime staff was wonderful, night clerk was useless. Coffee in lounge was "mehhh" at best- I think machine needs to be cleaned. Please provide more than 3 Nespresso pods. Kind of pricey for what you get, but proximity to the Elephant abd Castle Pub is a plus.

The women who checked us in was so sweet. She taught my son about parking meters. Took the time to walk him over to the window, and showed him the flashing lights. The restaurant attached was tasty, and the staff was kind. I highly recommend the stay. Clean room. Filtered water fountains. The only thing that was difficult was parking my car in the parking garage and walking back to hotel, only because I have cancer. Next time I will research a little better about parking. With a 6 year old it was a bit of a walk and I get fatigued easily.
