J'avais réservé une chambre avec un grand lit et un sofa-lit puisque nous étions 4. On arrive, on découvre un vulgaire fauteuil lit avec un autre lit. C'est l'incompréhension car ce n'était pas ce que j'avais payé pour. Je descend voir l'agent à la réception, il me dit qu'il n'y a aucune autre chambre libre et que la seule solution qu'il peut nous proposer est de nous prêter un matelas gonflable... On ne séjourne pas dans un hôtel de ce standing pour dormir sur un matelas gonflable. Nous avons donc immédiatement changé d'hôtel, qui fut bien meilleur. Le manque de réactivité et de sympathie de l'agent à la réception est également à noter. À éviter grandement.
