Room was small but clean and comfortable. The bathroom on the other hand was not kept up as far as maintenance. The door squeaked so that we wake up if either used it. It was out of line and hinges needed serious lubricant. When you took a shower the water would run all over the floor in the bathroom. I complained to the front desk and they said maintenance will take a look at it and that’s the way all bathrooms are in the hotel. Lucky for me it was just my girlfriend and I so we didn’t use the door if we used the bathroom at night

A gem in Boston.

What an incredible find! Tristine and her associate at the front desk were so welcoming and accommodating. This was our favorite hotel of all six during our trip. I'm sorry we didn't have more time here.

Love the Elephant and Castle Pub attched to hotel and the hotel offering 24 hr coffee availability at no charge and the water bottles offered for free on each floor! The location of this hotel is so very convenient to many restaurants and sights!

Staff is great! Food at attached restaurant is very good. The room was a bit small but clean and cozy. Front desk personnel are very helpful and knowledgeable of all tourist sites and how to get there easily by train.

Conveniently two doors down from a wine shop, which was handy for bringing a couple of bottles to a friend’s place. Also a reasonable walk to Park Street Station for access to the green line.
