Room was small but clean and comfortable. The bathroom on the other hand was not kept up as far as maintenance. The door squeaked so that we wake up if either used it. It was out of line and hinges needed serious lubricant. When you took a shower the water would run all over the floor in the bathroom. I complained to the front desk and they said maintenance will take a look at it and that’s the way all bathrooms are in the hotel. Lucky for me it was just my girlfriend and I so we didn’t use the door if we used the bathroom at night

Ask the front desk for a suitcase holder so you dont have to lay suitcases on the floor. We thought they had the best front desk people ever. Tristine & Diana were especially helpful to us. They will hold your suitcases in a locked area if needed.

Great food next door at Elephant and Castle . The potato and leek casserole was excellent. The elevator is small and the rooms are very close together. It gets loud if you have noisy neighbors.

Special shout out to Maya, she really was helpful and considerate of our needs. Loved the property location which made our first time in Boston so much more special. Great staff, decent area, room was clean but left a little to be desired. The sink clogged and the bathroom door didn't close all the way. The TV also had a few problems, like not handling casting well. The beers on tap at the pub were great. Awesome selection. The staff were incredibly polite and happy to help. Location was convenient. I researched hotels in the Downtwon Boston area extensively before booking. I am still in awe as to how Club Quarters received such high accolades. First off, as soon as we checked in and entered our room, it was filthy - especially the bed. The bed contained crumbs, hair, and dirt. You could hardly even see yourself utilizing the mirrors they were so piled with water spots and grime. All surfaces were covered in a layer of dust so much so that it was unable to be removed with a swipe of your finger. Overall, the room simply had not been cleaned before our arrival which was several hours after the designated check in time - even the carpet had tufts of body hair. Our bedding was changed (after being inspected by staff) and we received a $50 voucher for the restaurant next door for the inconvenience. Instead of being able to drop off our things and explore, it took over an hour to have the bedding changed due to cleaning staff having already gone home for the day. During our stay, the room was very musty, damp, and left a stickiness on one’s skin and clothes. The air worked properly which we had set at 68 degrees for the majority of the trip, so I am not too sure as to the reasoning for this. It was very unsettling getting into wet bedding and changing into musty/damp clothes. The checkout process was not any better. Therefore, I would NOT recommend this establishment and based off of our experience would never frequent another Club Quarters location.

Enjoyed our stay here, centrally located to most attractions, easy to walk to most places, dining, shopping nearby. Friendly and warm reception each day from staff members. Room was adequate, clean and stocked. Check in and check out was amazingly seamless. We did enjoy the filtered water bottle station in the common area of the floor, hotel provided reusable bottles and tops or you could use your own. Great stay, would recommend.
