The Staff that I met that made the difference was Rob and Destiny both of them made this experience excellent to check-in and out both was super nice and friendly especially to my two kids. The room was a little small and tight but it was clean and quiet. The pool was nice and warm wasn't that big but that is a positive thing especially if you have kinds under 5 year old. Staff for the sport bar was also nice and good was fast and quick. Only thing I did not like was the portion size for the price of food. Other than that I would recommend and go back to this hotel.

Room and location were great. Sports bar downstairs has very good pub food. My only gripe was we are 15 minutes from Boston and the cable in the room doesn’t have NESN to watch the Red Sox.

From the moment we drove in to the moment we drove out the hotel staff was courteous and positive. We stayed on the first floor and the room was clean, the bathroom was impeccable and the beds were extremely comfortable. Enjoyed our stay and highly recommend

This property is at best, okay. Very outdated, torn curtains, only cable TV, while may not be "dirty, the appearance is old. Smell of cigarette smoke permeated lobby due to people smoking just outside entrance. Definitely would not stay again

Decent hotel

The hotel grounds are a little rundown, the parking lot could use a refresh, and the landscaping could be a bit better. I think they’re a bit understaffed. It’s difficult to get the front desk and especially the restaurant on the phone. As for the rooms, they are decent. But some of the fixtures are in need of replacement, and there was paint peeling in some places, like on the inside of the bathroom door. The premium king rooms are better than the standard king. Overall, it’s a decent hotel. I haven’t found one without flaws yet that doesn’t cost a fortune. The rooms at this hotel can be reasonably priced depending on the time of year.

I liked that it had a restaurant as part of the hotel. The hotel was clean. The staff were friendly and they clean everyday. Our toilet did not flush however they fixed it right away. Two days in a row our room key stopped working and we had to get new room keys.
