If you need ice or literally anything you have to go down to the lobby. There are no vending machines or ice machines on the floor.

after having a company to verify this situation the test from the company came back as negative, we still treated the room as it was, but the test still is negative.

Everyone was very friendly and the rooms and place beautiful- only issue was it was a little noisy in hallways from guests
