Our room was great. Front desk staff are not friendly accept the lady in the kitchen, she was nice but that didnt matter to me because the hotel itself was so clean and well kept. Our room was so comfortable. We practically melted into that king size bed. Sheets were clean. I love this hotel very much. Also one more thing i never encountered before that kind of upset me at first was the fact that I had to pay in advance when expedia gave me the option to pay once I get to the property. The same morning they sent me a message saying they will cancel my room if I didnt pay now. If I knew that would be the choice than i would have saved a few bucks and use the pay now option on expedia instead of paying at the property so FYI if you are booking pay later is probably not a good option with this hotel. Anyways we will definitely come back regardless of those little hiccups.

I really can't rate much about this property because they canceled my booking before I even showed up and tried to say it was Expedia that canceled the booking. In Expedia looking into the reservation they still had me booked for the place. In the end the property stated that they canceled due to my payment not being made even though I had a pay at property reservation. As we were 4 hours away from home I ended up having to book a whole new hotel and pay more. I will NEVER recommend this hotel.

The staff appeared rather impersonal and lacked warmth in their interactions. The bathroom fixtures, including the towel and tissue holders, were poorly secured and nearly detached from the wall. Additionally, the room offered minimal soundproofing, and noise from the busy street outside made it difficult to rest comfortably. Overall, the stay did not meet expectations for comfort or maintenance.

Very nice hotel with great staff. Our room was clean and comfortable and they had a nice breakfast with several options. We stayed here to explore Boston, and the surrounding area and it was a much more affordable option than staying in Boston.

The only thing I didn’t like is that the phone in my room was not working and no one came to fix it even after they said they would. I also asked for fresh towels and for my room to be cleaned. Someone dropped off fresh towels in my absence and all of the wet and dirty towels were left on the floor.
