The valet took a while to appear to park the car. The room was clean, but the open/close plug in the sink was broken. The restaurant was poor. Service was very slow, and the food was mediocre. It took the valet more than an hour to get our car

The entire staff at Indigo was fabulous! Taliah, Ryan, and Jonathon were amazing bartenders at Blakes! It became our own "Cheers" for a couple of days. I will recommend to everyone I know heading your way!

Staff was great!! A king suite with one bathroom left us wanting more (teenage daughter needs her time) location is amazing!!! Very walkable to so much! Overall we would for sure stay there again.

Good location for walking to the Freedom Trail. Though it is right across the street from the Garden, we weren't disturbed by the noise from a rap concert, Bruins pre-season game, or comedy show. Clean and comfortable.

Hotel staff was exceptional, very friendly and helpful. Restaurant staff on the other hand was awful. Service was not what I would come to expect from a property of this caliber. I would stay at this hotel again, but would not spend on minute in Blakes Kitchen and Bar. There are plenty of other establishments close by.

The hotel itself was pretty nice. The area around the hotel is in downtown Boston, which we found to be pretty dirty. Bet, the location was fantastic for all of our needs.
