Wonderful stay at a luxurious hotel. Zach at the front desk went aboveboard to make our trip awesome and comfortable. The room was extremely clean and the bed so comfortable. Love the location near the Seaport but able to walk to Faneuil Hall.

Stayed two nights on business; rare opportunity given normal rates are higher than typical business allowances. Room was very poorly cleaned. Room service menu was wet as if someone spilled water all over it. Toilet was poorly cleaned with urine stains clearly visible on the underside. Random towel left strewn on the tub. Surprising given the hotel's reputation. Front desk attendants were polite and the hotel lobby is nice.
