Located in quiet residential neighborhood close to the Charles river, our home is walking distance to Harvard Business School, and Harvard Stadium. The home is close to Harvard, MIT, Boston College, Boston University and many great restaurants and music / sport venues such as Fenway Park, Paradise Rock Club and Brighton Music Hall.

We have 4 bedrooms total
1. The master bedroom (2nd floor) has a queen bed, large desk and ensuite full bathroom.
Three additional bedrooms can be found on the 3rd floor.
2. The second bedroom on the has a queen bed and large mirrored closet with sliding doors
3. The third bedroom has floor to ceiling windows and a comfy queen bed
4. The fourth bedroom has an elegant queen size bed and desk for workspace + closet for your clothes.

We have 3 sparkling clean - designer porcelain bathrooms - one on each floor.
There are 2 comfy couches in the living room that guests can also sleep on. Please note that the couches are NOT pull-out sofas.

This energy efficient home has brand new heat pump units and air conditioning in every room that will give you your own personalized temperature quickly.

Two off-street private parking spaces are including in the rental. Street parking is free on nights and weekends with a limit of 2 hours free on weekdays.

Everything is new from the amenities to the structure. There is a big living room, dining room, and new stainless steel appliances. Enjoy the outdoor breeze on the back patio.

We are located just 3 miles from Fenway Park and downtown Boston, or about a 10 min car ride. Our home is located in an area call Allston, the choice neighborhood of Boston with history, shops, walking distance to excellent restaurants and close proximity to the Charles River, Harvard University, MIT, and Boston University. An advantage we offer you is the combination of a quiet scenic residence with frequent and speedy mass transit choice to a broad array of destinations in Boston or across the river in Cambridge.

Getting to downtown Boston is roughly 10 minutes driving (including Fenway Park).

The closest train station is Boston Landing, which takes you to Fenway Park (1 stop), Downtown Boston Back Bay (2 stops) and Chinatown / Financial District (3 stops).

You can walk to the closest grocery store - Trader Joe's - in 10 minutes. If you drive, there is free parking in the garage. Star Market is also close and convenient and has a wider selection of products (also free parking).

There is a public bus #86 or #66 that takes you to Harvard University and Harvard Square in less than 10 minutes

We are a 10-15 minute drive from Boston Logan International Airport and the cost by Uber/Lyft approx. $30.

Une très belle adresse à Boston

Nous avons passé 4 jours dans ce magnifique appartement à deux familles. Les chambres principales sont spacieuses, la literie excellente et l'appartement est équipé de tout le nécessaire dont la climatisation. Le parking est inclus dans la prestation, ce qui était très appréciable dans notre cas. Michelle la propriétaire habite dans l'appartement à coté. Elle est adorable et serviable et nous a proposé toutes les meilleurs restaurants et sorties dans la région. Nous recommandons chaudement cette adresse pour tous ceux qui veulent visiter la magnifique ville de Boston et ses environs.

Excellent Local Boston Family Friendly Rental

A great VRBO Rental This apartment is beautifully furnished and appointed. It’s in a very convenient location to get into Cambridge, parts of Boston, and access to the MASS Pike. Well stocked with all of the kitchen tools and cooking utensils required. Only concern we had was the platform beds not mattress in the rooms. For seniors, this could be an issue, if you have back problems. Standard Cable channels but no NESN Sports for local sport teams. Otherwise this is an exceptional rental property.

Awesome in Allston

Michelle and Stephen’s place is beautiful and very clean. They timely respond to questions we had before our visit and Stephen was there to meet us when we checked in. The house has everything we needed. The house is located within walking distance of bars and restaurants so lots to choose from. It is a ways away (not walking distance) from the sites we were seeing (Fenway, Harvard, Freedom Trail) but with Uber and Lyft, not a problem as it was a pretty short car ride. Thanks Michelle and Stephen for sharing your home!

Great apartment in great location

This apartment is beautifully furnished and appointed. It’s in a very convenient location to get into Cambridge and other parts of Boston. Easy access to the Charles River biking/jogging path too. And Stephen and Michelle were wonderful, very responsive hosts.

Michelle made everything easy and home like. She was quick to respond, offered great tips about Boston and the surrounding area, and check in/out was so simple. The house was clean, exactly what we expected, and there was lots of room for everyone. Also located in a very walkable area. Close to Boston but also coastal areas. Off street parking was a huge advantage. Highly recommend.

Excellent accommodations, host and location!

This property is in a great location. The T is located about 1/2 mile walking distance. We chose to Uber and occasionally drive. The four levels of living space gives plenty of room to spread out. And, a rare find, with 2 1/2 baths and an adorable back yard space plus parking and washer/driver. Michelle is a great host- always available and addressed any questions/concerns immediately. She provides recommendations for dining and touring. The house is well equipped with staples which is an added plus. Would recommend and stay again in the future.

Heaven in Boston

We spent an incredible week at the home of Michelle and Stephen. The house is wonderfully located and a true blessing to come home to after a day of sightseeing. Michelle, Stephen, and Bartok will make you feel at home and help you in any way possible to make your stay more enjoyable. I thank them both for helping to make our week in Boston enjoyable, relaxing, and memorable. That next time my family is in Boston we will definitely be contacting Michelle and Stephen about a vacancy. Anyone visiting Boston should put their home on your lodging list.
