Difficulty turning Shower handle & was unable to turn on hot water on & had to take an ice cold shower on my last nite. Room as configuration was small but clean. Not sure if my military and/or AARP discount was applied on this 3 nite stay at Omni hotel as rate was 233.80 per nite. Not great on a fixed income for a trip to see our grandson

This hotel was awesome! I went for a conference. All the staff were extremely hospitable and welcoming to everyone at the conference. The rooms are in great condition and very clean. The woman who cleans the 12th floor was so sweet and kind. The restaurants here are phenomenal. Kestra has amazing breakfast! My only complaint about this place is the valet staff. At least two walked by me as I loaded my own luggage into my car….after they brought my car up from the parking garage. I thought it was distasteful.

The room was spotless. The registration staff was very nice and professional. Quick service, checking in and out. The curbside staff was excellent, especially in the hot weather. They get top billing for the extraordinary efforts they made. Great hotel.

The hotel is lovely and modern and filled with beautiful art and even contemporary furniture. However our art tower room was so small there was no bathroom, just a small enclosed toilet and small, separately enclosed shower. No room for a bathroom sink, which was located in the bedroom! No closet and no desk.
