I didn’t like the coffee machine in the room was broke and never could be fixed. The service brought a new one and the didn’t work. I had to ordered room service for coffee and the cost a fortune .

The property itself is beautiful. Having to reserve a spot for the pool is ridiculous. We didn’t get to enjoy it either night because we missed our time block. The pool is a selling point and was quite disappointing to not be able to utilize. Also the parking garage is insane. Valet is great but if you like to self park it can be very challenging.

Noise

Hôtel is beautiful, clean and very good service. The only problem is the noise from outside and from the hallway. People make noise very late at night and very early in the morning.

Couples get away!

Great location, clean well appointed hotel. Pool was busy. Nice 3rd floor restaurant/bar for evening- not roof top but a nice option. Housekeeping dud a great job. Good food in the sports bar. Would definitely stay again!

Great hotel in the Seaport area with several on-site dining options. With the convention center across the street, expect business travelers and the possibility of restaurant closures hosting corporate events. Pool reservations must be made ahead of time to secure a 2.75 hour window. Try the lobster roll The Sporting Club.
