What a GREAT hotel! The views from the room (floor 16) were amazing, the pool my son loved, the access directly into the mall was so so convenient!! The staff were super helpful the entire stay and very friendly. If I have to return to Boston I will for sure be staying here!!!

My daughter and I were on a weekend trip to Boston. We stayed overnight and the hotel exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and luxurious, the staff was very friendly and nice. We also loved that it was connected to the Prudential mall, which was a lot of fun to walk through. My daughter attends Northeastern University and we plan to stay at this hotel every time I come to visit.

The room was spotless, and the staff were very polite. The location was perfect for winter, as we accessed all the restaurants and shopping stores very easily. I would recommend staying at the Sheraton.
