First and foremost, it said parking included. Only parking available is valet for $40 extra. Although there is plenty of residential parking in the neighborhood, there is no place to unload bags check in and then go park. Everything said valet only. Arrived early and asked for a room on the west side. despite being a bonvoy member… because I booked a third-party Expedia. I was told I had to wait till after 4:30 to get any kind of preference on a room. Instead of being told we can wait till later and check you in. I was told this room is available, with The perception that they had a room available per my request of a west facing view. instead, I got a room over looking directly into somebody else’s room! as a matter of fact, it was several other people rooms that I was literally just looking into their window. The front desk person knew exactly what I was asking for… instead of giving me options to wait and get the west facing view, they gave me a room with the exact OPPOSITE of my request. I immediately went down and said I think there was a misunderstanding in my request. She said well I’m sorry we reserve that preference for people who do not book third-party a.k.a. Expedia. Why have partnerships with companies like Expedia if you’re gonna be treated like anything other than a guest!!! I actually own a private car service and would never treat a guest this way despite who they booked through to receive my services. Very disappointed!!!

Clean room, friendly staff, lovely patio. However, seeing the disposable cups for coffee and water is really disappointing. I recommend real mugs and cups. The throwaway culture is pervasive. Moxy can be a part of the change.

The valets were so quick and kind and had smiles on their faces. It was a great welcome after a 10 hour drive. Our room very clean and had a wonderful view from the picture window of the mountains. We found no issues with accessibility on the property. We will definitely stay here next time we're in Boulder!

Fun place to stay

Fun, modern, well-managed hotel in the very center of it all in Boulder across from the CU campus. Perfect place to stay while in town for a football game. The staff was fantastic.

This hotel is physically nice and located in a very good spot- but I was there during a football game and there was a party right outside my window that was insanely loud- it sounded and felt like I was in the DJ booth. The staff at the hotel said there was no quieter room and nothing they could do about it. Also the air conditioner was not working and it was very hot and stuffy in the room. I tried to solve the issues for an hour with the staff and Expedia but ultimately left the hotel and made other last minute arrangements. I was furious.

Cool & Hip Hotel

The room was very small and they bumped us from the room we reserved to a much smaller room. Rather than 2 Queen Beds we got one Queen bed with a weird loft style bed(almost like a bunk bed) that I hit my head on a couple times. They did give us $50 credit towards food & beverage. There were no luggage stands to put suit cases on. The hotel was perfectly located to the University of Colorado campus and location to everything was great. The bar ran out of Prosecco for Mimosas & ran out of Bloody Mary mix as well on the morning of the big game.
