The house is beautiful, spacious and comfortable for a large group. Our two grandchildren loved the wrap around deck/porch, chalkboard and kids house under the stairs! Kitchen has everything we needed. Good location near Boulder . The hosts met us to go over everything about the house and it was great talking with them.

Super nice accommodations and the kitchen was stocked with every possible item you could possibly need for cooking and eating. Amazing!

We stayed at Rustic Knolls for my son's graduation from CU Boulder. It was the perfect space for our family for the trip. The house is magnificent and the hosts were lovely. Beautiful kitchen for gathering and cooking. Lovely bedrooms and bathrooms. We played pool and had the best time just hanging out together. The house is 10 minutes from everything-campus, Pearl Street, shopping, bars and restaurants. We highly recommend this home for your next family event! 5 stars all around!

Perfect Family Vacation Home

We rented this home for a family vacation of 6 adults and 2 children and were delighted with everything. The house is huge with gorgeous views of the mountains. Home is finely appointed with a rural setting but very close to all Boulder has to offer

Our family was very impressed with this property. The views and wrap around deck provided many options to relax and views of the Flat Irons and mountains. This home is appointed with all any guest could need and Hosts are an amazing couple. This was the best home and host in our VRBO experience. We loved everything about our stay. The soaring flights offered at the local airport were incredible and would recommend guests experience this bucket list activity.
