The house was exactly what we needed for our family vacation to Disney. There was plenty of room for the 14 of us - grandparents, adult kids and grandkids. The layout of the house was perfect! Overall we enjoyed our stay. The host was very responsive to any communication. There were a few things that we found disappointing. The pool needed cleaned and there wasn’t a net for us to remove debris on the surface. It needed more water also. The pool table is warped and basically unusable. Some stove burners took a really long time to heat if you are planning to cook any meals. Not enough propane on site to use the grill. And not sufficient amount of toilet paper. Could use a good spring cleaning. This could be a great site with just a little better maintenance of the facility. The house is spacious with many rooms available for everyone to spread out.

Alyson was always very responsive to messages and took care of our needs promptly. The house is well-furnished and the kitchen is great for cooking, which we did a lot of. The gas grills made outdoor cooking easy. Propane exchange locations are just minutes away. The multiple bedrooms worked out very well for our large family. Pool is perfect for a larger group and is deep enough for adults to enjoy, and was a very pleasant temperature. It was just a tad cool on cold cloudy days as we expected. Pleasant and quiet neighborhood away from traffic noise, yet just minutes from AMI beaches and local shopping, coffee, restaurants etc.
