Loved everything about it but the bed was the best

The pictures of the property are nothing like the place,beautiful pool wasn't heated asked other residents who lived there they said they have never been in the pool it's way to cold such a waste..and it isn't furnished, we had to buy silverware, towels, pans,coffee pot. we paid alot of money to go on this vacation very disappointed, upstairs tenants were very noisy reached out to management with no response we ended up leaving 12 days early and still haven't spoken with a live person it's all through text,will never rent through viagem again....please be aware

An absolute gem for what we needed: the location and price. Perfect for 2 people! (it was myself and a minor under 14 years old) Visiting only to drop off at IMG Academy - RIGHT NEXT DOOR - and a quick day at the beach. It was a very last minute booking for 2 nights and the service to get us all situated was quick! The room was clean, quite and comfortable. Modern, clutter free and updated feel. Easy access to and from the apartment. Close to Cortez street but without having to be on that busy road to get around is possible! Though we did not expect to hang out at the apartment, we ended up enjoying the pool (a nice area to unwind after the beach), game room (a quick game of foosball and other games), a small clean gym and even ate at the apartment one night watching nexflix, finishing last minute laundry and lounging. (only down part was the dishwasher but hand wash was easy). The kitchen was very doable and had the basics utensils that you need. Overall I felt safe and very relaxed. As far as the host, I worked with David and he was AWESOME! Very very attentive, patient and had no problem with reaching/connecting. Answered my questions very quickly. Definitely surprised that I found this one available when I did. If you are a pair traveling - not looking to be right on the beach but close to IMG, short drive to Bradenton and surrounding beaches; this is the place!
