The rooms could use some updating. Dark rooms. The bedding could be nicer. Softer sheets and better pillows. There were asian beetles on the carpet. My granddaughter had an allergic reaction to the pool chlorine and my daughter had to go to Walmart at 10:00 at night to get her Benadryl. She has never had an issue with other pools. This hotel was not worth the price.

Very busy as there was a water park. Unable to use the hot tub as there were children using it as a swimming pool. Swim Area closed at 9:00. Would be great to have an hour for adults only so we could have used it. I know it’s geared towards children but an hour to relax would’ve been great.

The hotel was nice roomy and decent. One of the elevators was out, so it was difficult to go up and down. The Waterpark was dirty! Floor was gross, not enought tables. They hardly had any tubes to ride. The slide was rusty, no music or lights like it use to have. Hot tub was dirty on the bottom with sand. Only 2 lifeguards who didn't do much

There isnt enough room for my post to accurately describe our experience. I posted a google review with all the details.
Long story short. Terrible expereince. The entire arcade and pool area was dirty and gross. Our room was amazing. Customer service great.

Stood in line for an hour to check in.
My room was not very clean. found a dirty sock on the floor left over from previous stays. Dirty water left in the sink. The pool killed our eyes from so much chlorine.

Noisy. Woken several times due to children next door. Property was fine.
