3BR Townhome - Walk to Lifts/Main St - Private Hot Tub

This roomy 3 bedroom One Breckenridge Place townhome is conveniently located steps from Main St. and the Breckenridge Ski Resort. Our spacious three-bedroom unit offers two-levels in an open floor plan. On the main level you will find the living room, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. On the bottom floor are two more bedrooms also with ensuite bathrooms and washer/dryer.

LOCATION – One Breckenridge Place townhomes are just steps from everything you came to Breckenridge to do. Located across the street from the free shuttle, 1 block from main st and 200 yds to the Peak 9 lifts and Breckenridge ski school.

AMENITIES – This comfortable three-bedroom unit offers a master king suite in the upper level with additional sleeping space in the lower level including a queen bedroom and a bunk bedroom each with their own private bath. Baby pack and play along with booster seat is available for use. The deck offers a great place to soak in the outdoor hot tub. Guests also have access to the Upper Village heated outdoor pool and hot tubs (off-site) located just behind the One Breckenridge Place complex on Village Road (just a 1-2 minute walk). Ski sleds are stored in the garage to use at the local sledding hills.

We came for three nights with our adult kids! They really enjoyed the hot tub. The master bedroom mattress was comfortable, but the downstairs mattresses were not. The TV in the queen room was not working. And the Wi-Fi was wonky and hard to figure out, but we managed.We loved that the condo was one of the first in the complex and easy to get to. We had no problems walking over to Main Street, it was fast and easy! We enjoyed all of the room and the fireplace! We had troubles with locking the back door and the icemaker was broken. But other than that, everything was great! The owner was very quick to get back with me on a couple of questions. While we were there, we enjoyed all of the restaurants and shopping and went snowmobiling and had a blast! Thank you for your hospitality. Yup: make sure you don’t lock the door knob on the way out. Only lock the deadbolt. We managed to lock ourselves out lol but got back in through the garage.

Location location location! This townhome had an incredible location walking distance to town and the ski slopes, while still remaining fairly quiet! There was plenty of space for 5 of us, but if you have little kids just be aware of the split with the primary bedroom on the main level and the other bedrooms on the ground level. Having a private garage was also super convenient with ski and sled storage. The private hot tub was a great bonus. The place was well stocked with kitchen and bath amenities. Would definitely stay again.

We had an awesome stay here! Adam was just phenomenal! The location is amazing super convenient and close to everything Breckenridge has to offer. Slopes are walking distance. The host was incredibly cool, responsive, and accommodating, making everything easy from start to finish. The place was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our trip. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommend!!

This townhouse provided a comfortable space for our family. However, there were issues with the patio door screens, the hot tub cover, the kitchen cabinet doors, etc. With a little TLC, this unit would get a higher rating from us.

This place was amazing! The kitchen was very well stocked, there were plenty of towels plus some extra for the hot tub and loved having a washer and dryer. We parked the car and only used it to go to the grocery store or excursions. Super convenient for this group of 6.Adam, our host was extremely helpful and replied within 10 minutes to all my questions. He even let me change the start date to a day earlier and a late check time to accommodate airport departure for the kids. The property management company kept in touch throughout our stay. Stayed here and it was nice!! Location was perfect, just a short little walk to Main Street of Breckenridge, yet very quiet. A grill was listed on our amenities, but was not present. Not a huge deal but worth mentioning since it’s on the listed amenities. There’s was not enough space for more than 2-3 people to hang out on the deck as the hot tub takes up most of the room. Again, not a major issue, but worth mentioning if you want your entire group to be outside together. Overall, it was a really nice stay, the unit was cleaned well, and there was a great amount of space inside the unit. I appreciated that there were plenty of towels and extra bedding provided. Management was prompt to respond to questions!

hidden gem

this condo is in a perfect location! you can walk to the slopes and into town. adam was extremely helpful and responsive whenever i had a question, and i asked a lot of them! super set up for our family of 4 (kids 22 and 18). everyone had their own private area which was wonderful and kept the peace. hot tub on the deck was a game changer. kitchen was well stocked with everything you could want including spices, coffee, even baggies and foil. all rooms had fans and humidifiers. the only reason why it is not an overall 5 star property is because it could use some updating. bathrooms are sort of on the older side as well as some of the decor. besides that, it was amazing and would definitely return!

Great Breck location and property!

The location of this property is a 5 minute walk to the base of Peak 8. The master suite is a delight and the bathrooms all have heated lamps. We also really enjoyed the private hot tub. Lastly, the townhome is very well stocked with kitchenware and simple cooking items which was appreciated!

Perfect for family or a few couples

Great spot! We’ll be back. Was clean, set up super well as a home away from home (all kitchen stuff, laundry detergent, extra blankets, games etc). Hot tub awesome after skiing. Walk to quicksilver lift and downtown. Also great communication with property management Al though we didn’t need to reach out to them for anything. No need to look elsewhere!
