This perfectly located 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is a great Rocky Mountain escape for families or groups of up to eight people. This unit has everything you need for a relaxing ski or summer vacation in Breckenridge. It offers an unbeatable location just two blocks from downtown and an easy walk to the base area of Peak 9 of Breckenridge Ski Resort. You’ll love the hot tub access and gas fireplace for warming up after a day on the slopes!

Inside the living area is spacious with comfortable furniture, a gas fireplace, and a large Smart TV. Right off the living area is the attached kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and everything you need to whip up a culinary masterpiece. A dining room table has room for seven and there’s room for four more at the counter. Just off the living area is a porch with outdoor seating, perfect for taking in the crisp mountain air.

Other amenities include a private washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the condo, and parking for one vehicle. As with all Summit Mountain Rentals properties, this home is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and includes all the bed linens and towels you need, as well as basic toiletries. - A $350 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in (for stays less than 30 days).
- For stays of 30 days or longer, a $1,000 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at time of booking.

We were a couple, our adult daughter and her baby. The unit is in a location we love the neighborhood towards the top of Main. It’s walking distance to Maggie Pond, Main Street, the Gondola. and the Troll. The unit was clean, spacious and well stocked. We struggled getting our luggage and a stroller to the apartment since it’s on the second floor and there is no elevator. Also, there was a new washer/dryer combo machine that was in the master closet. We wished we had instructions on how to use the machine since we have never seen one before. We had to google! We enjoyed our stay!

Well outfitted apartment

Enjoyed a 5 day stay, convenient location. Took the shuttle right in front of the apartment to get to the slopes and walked into town for dinner. The apartment is well outfitted and comfortable.

Disappointing experience

The location is close to the slopes, convenient to shopping, restaurants, etc. We live in Florida and booked a ski trip. It was very cold so we wanted to use the fireplace - it didn't work. I texted property mgm immediately, they said we had to wait until next day because it wasn't an emergency! We were told a part needed to be ordered from a "vendor" which never arrived. It's Colorado in the winter so the fireplace was a selling point but we never had use of it. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking needs. However, some of the items were not clean; when you closed the refrigerator door it pops open the freezer door so you need to be cognizant of closing BOTH doors, the microwave oven did not work properly because the turntable didn't work and it made a horrible sound; the sink in BOTH bathrooms was plugged and it took forever for water to drain (maintenance came to fix it, but the issue still continued); the description said there is a washer AND dryer. It's a new COMBINATION unit so it took over 2-1/2 hours to dry a small, light load! The baseboard heater in the 2nd bedroom, which is at the head of the queen and bunk beds, was covered with hair, dust and dirt - horrible for folks with allergies! Water was spilled on kitchen floor- when we wiped up, the paper towels were BLACK. Proof the unit is not thoroughly cleaned as advertised.

Excellent Location

This is our 3rd time to stay in this VRBO & we love it more each time. It's close to hiking trails and restaurants, yet far enough away not to hear the traffic on HWY 9. We absolutely love that there are no animals allowed in this condo due to my severe allergies. The new washer/dryer was the only thing I didn't totally love, lol. It's not a deal breaker, as I figured it out & we hope to stay here again.

Fabulous time in Breck with our family of 4. Plenty of sleeping room and a nice lay out to the condo. Management checked in often to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Highly recommend this place.

The property was very nice, just as described. The kitchen was nicely supplied with every thing you need to prepare meals. The only issue we had was we were given the incorrect code to get into the property. Once we made a call it was quickly resolved. I would recommend and would stay there again.
