2 BR, 2.5 BA Townhome – On Slopes – Sleeps 7!

When’s the last time you were on a ski trip and said, “I wish we were closer to the slopes”? At this cool townhome, you’re literally a 100-yard walk from the Peak 9 slopes and the ski school meeting area. Drop the kids off for a lesson, make some runs, ski in for a quick lunch, then be right back on the Quicksilver lift in minutes. You and your group will love it!

This 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom (sleeps seven) deluxe townhome features a bright, airy living area with vaulted ceilings. There’s a gas fireplace and lots of comfy seating for a movie on the flat-screen TV or just relaxing after a day on the slopes. The kitchen features granite counters and a gas range, and there’s a dining table with seating for six and room for two more at the counter.

You’ll also enjoy seasonal access to shared hot tubs and the Upper Village Pool, a patio, free Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer and a one-car attached garage. There’s also first-come, first-serve outdoor parking for two more vehicles. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

This home was in a perfect location to Main St, and hiking trails. The setup was perfect to have a relaxing weekend for all! The management team were awesome and went above and beyond for a small request (no wine opener in the kitchen). We would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay! And Great management company!

This was our first time as a family to Breckenridge. We were spending a week out there before dropping my son at the Air Force Academy. I like to think we are a pretty laid back family and can handle any situation, but in reality, we do like things to be like things to be as advertised. I want to relay one situation which speaks volumes. We are cookers. I have no problem spending money to eat out, but for my family that is typically our lunch meal as we are on the go. We are ones that like a early evening cheese plate with some wine while we cook dinner and spend some down time together. We typically will shop heavy to make some great meals. The cooking instruments here were just not adequate in my book. But they did have what was available online. Frankly, I just didn't care to look at is as we have stayed in many VRBO places that have always had everything we needed. Again, this is my overlook. BUT here is the best part. I texted the management company, and they responded extremely quickly. They brought us everything we needed to cook the very same day we texted them. Looking back, I texted this company over several things/questions, and they always responded within a few minutes. WOW! this is a great personal touch. Yes, they did supply us with what we needed to cook, but the amazing part was the service to quickly answer all our questions. And they seemed to care! Great place to stay, and we will absolutely be back!

Great Time, Great Location

The overall experience renting 43 Cedars was quite pleasant. The communications with the Management team were quick and easy and each member was responsive to the questions we had. While the unit is dated and could use some upgrading, including brighter lights in the kitchen, dining and living areas, it was a very nice unit and was well suited to accommodate our family of four. In fact, my children loved the place and it was super convenient to the slopes! All in all, a great place to stay and enjoy all things Breckinridge! We would definitely recommend to others considering a stay at 43 Cedars. Thank you.

We had to make contact to confirm our check in was available slightly after time, and there was a minimal stain left by previous guests, but once we had checked in the stay was great. Great property and location, communication was fast and accurate from the rental agents and it was a very enjoyable trip.

Great rental!!!!

We loved our stay!!! The slopes were in our backyard and it couldn’t be more perfect! We walked to downtown everyday which was about a 4-6minute walk. Can’t wait to come back!!!

Long Weekend in Breck

Great location. Family of 4 w/2 teenage boys. Walkable to Main Street for shopping, coffee, and meals. Have stayed in 5 different locations in Breck. For the price and location, we will be back.

Great location

Overall very pleased, the location and management company were great. The unit is a bit older, but in decent shape. Carpet is older, tough to get in and out of the garage and up the small stairs with luggage and coolers. The pool key didn’t work multiple times, which was likely due to the reader issue, but the management company replaced and reached out to the HOA on our behalf. Check in and check out were a breeze. Convenient location to where we could walk to the slopes and kids ski school, which is exactly why we chose this unit.

Very nice condo in great location

Well maintained and equipped. Comfortably furnished. Three working gas fireplaces! A short level hundred yard walk to Quicksilver lift. An easy ten minute walk and you're in the center of downtown Breck. Five minute drive to City Market gorcery store.

Great location, cozy, clean home

My family greatly enjoyed staying in this home. The house was clean. The kitchen was well-appointed. The beds were comfortable. The fireplace was awesome after a long day of skiing. Having a garage was nice especially since we were lucky enough to get a bunch of snow during our stay. We really loved how close the lift and slopes were to the house. Would highly recommend!

Great Family Unit

We really enjoyed our stay. Was so convenient to get the kids right down to ski school and the teen/adults could come back for lunch so easily. Clean and comfy. Only suggestion would be to make check in and check out easier by using a key code and not have to go into town to get and return keys. Also check out time was in the early side at 10 am but we made it work. We would come back!

Children’s first trip out West

Great property, great if you have children. So convenient to just walk to slopes, no buses needed. So convenient to just turn your teenagers loose and they can explore the mountain on their own.
