Summary:

"Breck's Best Address" is an elegant and newly constructed home located in downtown Breckenridge and a 3-5 minute walk to and from the gondola and everything in downtown Breckenridge. This 4 bedroom, 3 1/2-bathroom professionally decorated property with custom finishes and refined decor, is guaranteed to exceed your expectations. With two separate living areas and three outdoor patio spaces, this home can accommodate large groups while remaining intimate enough for a single family.



The Space:

Sleeping; Bedroom 1 - King bed with attached full bath (sleeps 2); Bedroom 2 - Queen bed with jack and jill full bath (sleeps 2); Bedroom 3 - Queen bed with jack and jill full bath (sleeps 2); Bedroom 4 - Queen bed with shared full bath (sleeps 2); Additional Sleeping - Queen size pull out sofa bed in extra lounge area (sleeps 2); Queen size pull out sofa bed in main living room (sleeps 2). Maximum overnight capacity - 10.



Floor plan:

2488 sq ft. When you walk in the front door, you either go down to a bedroom (queen bed) and bathroom just outside of that bedroom, or up one level to the main living area. The main living area has the large open floor plan kitchen and living room with a wrap around deck accessed from the dining area. On this level, you will also find a half bath and the main suite with a king bed and attached large ensuite bathroom with a large soaking tub and shower. There is also a pull out queen sofa sleeper in this living room. If you go up one level from here, you will find two more bedrooms each with a queen bed and with a jack and jill bathroom attached to both. There is also another living area with a pullout and tv. Off of this room there is another outdoor living space/deck.



The Neighborhood:

Enjoy the best of both worlds with easy access to town and the mountain. The walk-ability is second to none in Breckenridge’s newest and most centrally located development. The Columbia Lode neighborhood sits on the North end of town (Main Street) with an easy 3-5 minute walk to the gondola where you will begin your day on the mountain. Main Street shops and restaurants of downtown Breckenridge are also a block away. With the grocery store just across the street, a rental car is not necessary in this location.



Getting Around:

You can easily get away without renting a car at this house. It is close enough to everything you will need. Please note: There is only room for 3 cars to park at this home. Additional parking is available for a paid nightly fee on Airport Road about a mile from the house.



Other Things to Note:

Cancellation Policy: Once the reservation is confirmed and the first portion of the payment has been made, those funds are non refundable. The remaining balance will be due thirty days before your arrival. Once the balance is paid, that portion is also non-refundable. If the ski area shuts down or a public health order prevents us from hosting you during your reserved time, you will be eligible for a full refund or will be able to reschedule. Spectacular house, perfect location!

High end accommodations at this beautiful, immaculate house. Close to everything - town, gondola and supermarket! We also loved the beautiful views from the house and the very large outdoor jacuzzi. Highly recommend to anyone that wants to vacation in luxury. Only one minor issue was with the high quality televisions, beautiful flat screens but we had a lot of problems getting them to work, despite management being helpful to trouble shoot the problems. Everything else was perfect. We would absolutely stay here again!

This property is a fantastic place to say to enjoy the mountains in luxury. Equipped with everything we needed and more. The small touches made a huge difference. I’m coming home with a hubby to do list! Close walks to town and grocery store! We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit and the hot tub! There’s instructions on everything in the house that made it handy! Two families (4 adults, 3 kids) traveled and could not have been happier with this home! The space is amazing and well thought out and the outdoor spaces were fantastic. Check in was convenient and easy with 2 groups meeting in Breck. The property was easy walk to Main Street, we biked to many trails without having to drive. Perfect location and amazing amenities and views!

Our family of 10 loved our stay at Breck’s Best Address last week and will certainly come back! From the Viking appliances, radiant heat floors, Lutron lights and automatic shades, this was the nicest rental home we’d ever stayed in. The house is a 5-minute walk from Main Street and has incredible views from both patios. Fonda and the property management team was very helpful. The ONLY downside was the early check-out at 10 am, otherwise it was perfect!

Beautiful House

The house is nicely furnished and decorated with beautiful mountain views, super clean and has lots of amenities. We had 4 adults and 8 children and everyone was comfortable. We loved the location. It’s right in town and across the street from the Blue River, so the fly fishers were happy in our group. The hot-tub and gas fire feature were great to come back to after a day of activities. Overall it was a wonderful experience and we would highly recommend this house.

We had 8 adults. Loved the location, 10 minute walk to gondola (or less), and similar walk to Main Street. House was beautiful, views were terrific and shopping and skiing were amazing. Professional property managers were more than accommodating and answered multiple calls as we had never been to Breckenridge. Pictures on VRBO are very accurate - one beautiful, modern mountain home with all the amenities.

Perfect home!!! Nothing missed

This was an amazing home!!! We visited Breck on a girls trip. This home didn't miss a trick. They even had robes to wear when we used the hot tub along with plastic glasses for the hot tub also. The house was super clean and the bed and linens were very comfortable. Usually mattresses are where people skimp ( NOT HERE). Everyone enjoyed the house and that made the trip so much better!!!!! Thank you for taking care and having such a comfortable home and sharing it with us!!!!

Great place! Attention to details impressive.

The property was perfect for our two families. We had 4 adults and 6 kids. The location is close to the gondola and Maim St. The amenities are a step above other VRBOs I've experienced. The shower in the master is the BEST shower EVER. All the rooms have USB pucks for charging. The shampoo/conditioner/soap wasn't cheap hotel quality rather premium offerings. Everything felt right. I highly recommend this house. We really enjoyed it. Great new build with incredible attention to details.

Don’t rent this house!

I want it to be available to me and my family at all times. It’s cozy, comfortable, well stocked and a great location. The pictures and the description are accurate. We enjoyed a family vacation in this house and it suited everyone from the grands to the grandparents.

We traveled with 3 families and couldn't have asked for a better location or a more comfortable and accommodating stay! Location and home description is exactly as in the pictures. The home looks as if it is isolated in the pics, but is actually in a condo neighborhood right off the main street with restaurants, shopping, and gondola stopping at both Peaks 7 and 8. Everyone had a comfortable bed and plenty of linens. We prepared all of our meals at home in the well equipped, gourmet kitchen. Truly a memorable experience!

Perfect place to experience Breckinridge

We stayed with 3 of our grown children, their spouses and 1 grandchild. The layout of the house was perfect. Every detail has been considered in the layout, decor, and provisions. We ate most of our meals in and the kitchen lacked nothing for preparation The location was perfect. Within walking distance of the Gondola, Main Street, and grocery but far enough from the crowds and noise of Main Street And the views of the snow covered mountains are unbelievable Fonda the property manager was responsive as we planned our trip. Fortunately we had no need for assistance during our stay. Make sure you plan some down time to enjoy the views, hot tub, balconies, fire pit, sound system and all this home has to offer. Have stayed in a dozen or more VRBO properties over the years and this is by far our favorite. I have no hesitation in recommending this property
