Great Location!

Lances West is a great location with easy access to the slopes. The condo was in great condition with all the amenities we needed. When we had trouble working the TV, the management company was super friendly, helpful and quick to respond and help figure out the problem, even sending a staff person over to the condo. The only thing that was tricky is the lock on the front door - it was hard to unlock and lock. Great stay overall!

Great Condo for a Ski Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay here, and would recommend this to others - condo was very clean, well-kept, nicely furnished. Great location! 2nd floor, you can see the ski runs on Peaks 9 and 10 from the balcony. 10-minute walk in ski boots to the bottom of the chairlift, 10 minute walk to Breckenridge Brewery & Pub and the start of the downtown strip. 3 minute walk to pool and hot tubs. Note that only 1 parking space available, if you have more vehicles you will need to park others across town. Check this one out, it's a great value, you'll love it!

Great condo for ski trip!

Our party of 6 stayed here for a 3-day family ski trip and it was perfect. Plenty of room to relax in the condo, easy walking access to Breck and ski lifts, plus a minute away from hot tubs! Would stay there again!

Fire Your Housekeepers and Update Master Bedroom

I wish I could attach pictures. It’s been a long time since the bedrooms were dusted. Headboard coated, tables, fireplace and every surface below eye level. Sliding glass door covered in sticky handprints. Coffee table and side tables covered in sticky stuff. Master bedroom dresser falling apart. Found previous renters underwater and bra IN THE SHEETS in the master. Toaster broken and toasts on one side. Fridge makes loud clicking sounds. I would rate the location and the furnishings in other rooms than master pretty high. Master bedroom needs to get serious help. Beds comfortable. Location pretty good. Bathrooms update and nice Clean the place. It was gag worthy and we ended up Arriving at 11pm only to clean. Gross. Also - code to trash dumpsters not provided but require you to throw away. Had to call office and was given wrong code. Asked a neighbor, got the right code and called office to provide them with it. I have pictures if anyone wants them.

Great location and awesome communication!

We had the perfect stay at this property. Everywhere we ate was less than a 10 minute drive and other days we had no issues walking (even to the slopes)! We arrived to town earlier than expected and management accommodated that by allowing us to check in early. My friends mentioned their beds weren’t as comfortable as hoped for but overall we had a great stay.

Great location

It was our 1st time visiting Breckenridge and I understand the comments about the steps (31) to get to the unit. However, our discomfort was solely the result of the altitude! We are from the East coast, sea level, so every set of steps was hard! The unit was perfect for the 3 of us, comfortable and convenient. The ability to walk to the ski lift and to town was ideal. If I had any recommendation to make things better, it would be the addition of food storage containers for leftovers. Thankfully, someone had left some plastic wrap. We would recommend this unit!

Great place near Breckinridge

We enjoyed our stay. Very close to lifts for skiing. The upstairs bedroom does have a very low ceiling so for some it may be claustrophobic. The hot tub is communal for all the lodging places in the area so they are always busy. During our stay half of the hot tubs were not working.

Great condo and location
