Great location: âą Next to Main Street Station âą 3 minute walk to the Quicksilver Lift/Maggie Building (base of Peak 9). While Airbnb considers this ski-in/out, we want to fully disclose that you cannot ski right up to the front door of the condo.*Quicksilver Lift and/or Peak 9 base area may be closed early and/or late season and are subject to snowpack and mountain conditions. It is the guest's responsibility to be aware of mountain terrain statuses and operations. âą 1 minute walk to Main Street Station, featuring many shops and restaurants. Just a few minutes walk to Main Street and downtown Breckenridge. âą The closest ski rental place is across the street. Charter Sports, located in the Mountain Valley Lodge. âą There is a ticket office where you can pick up your passes in the Maggie, the building just below the Quicksilver Superchair.
Max Occupancy: 8 Max Parking: 1 vehicle allowed in the dedicated parking spot in the underground garage (height clearance 6'6"). Additional or oversized vehicles that are unable to fit in a standard parking spot will need to park at the Ice Rink overnight pay Lot. More information can be found at BreckPark. *Please note that overnight overflow parking in Breckenridge is limited.

We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge. âą The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size hand soap/conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer. âą There is a pack n play crib available in this property. Pack n play sheets are not provided. âą Hot tub towels are provided.

Other things to note » Maximum occupancy (8) cannot be exceeded at any time. » There is a $25 fee to return lost and found items, in addition to any shipping charges. » There is the potential to snow October-May so cars with proper snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required to access the area during those months. » Property mountain access details and ski in/ski out designations are dependent on open lifts and runs. Guests are responsible for being aware of the Breckenridge Ski Area lift and terrain statuses. » This condo is located at an elevation of approximately 9,600ft. We recommend visiting the CDC website for more information on the possible effects of High Altitude. » There is no air conditioning and most properties in the area do not have it due to the mild summer weather and the fact that it cools down significantly at night. » Please note that Summit County has strict Short Term Rental rules and regulations that must be followed. Please refer to the Good Neighbor Guidelines posted in the unit on what is required from renters. » The minimum age to rent is 25. » Per the HOA, pets are strictly prohibited. » Weather in the mountains can be unpredictable, and travel disruptions may occur. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, as we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations or interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control.

The host was helpful and very communicative. The condo was as beautiful as the pictures. We were pleasantly surprised by how close it was to Main Street station and the amenities there. It says a minute walk to Main Street station and it was true.
This stay restored my faith in VRBO after a few recent stays in other cities that weren't up to par. The house was perfectly stocked, in a great location, and very clean. The instructions were clear and the discounts were an added bonus. Would definitely book again on our next trip.
We are a family of four and stayed at this property in Mid April. We come to Breck frequently and I have to say this is one of the best properties we have stayed at. This is a great location and property. From time of booking and through the stay the host was super responsive and clear with everything. Great job!Pros: fantastic customer service, clean unit, well stocked kitchen, relatively close to the Peak 9 quicksilver chair lift. Con: the unit we were in faced the main road so couldnât keep windows open. However, our friends, staying at the same location, had a nicer view with the trees in the back. So not too bad. The other issue for us was timing - we came the week of April 18th so peak 9 is closed. Unfortunately the location didnât turn out great for us,however, thatâs not the property ownerâs fault at all. Breck provides multiple options to get to the other peaks so it was really a minor hindrance. Overall: I highly recommend this place especially if you are coming during the regular ski season. They will certainly be among my first choice next season.
