Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Avery enjoyable stay. Location is out of the hustle and bustle of downtown Breckenridge, yet all the activities are accessible by bus or bike or enjoyable walk.

The property is not well maintained. There are no dressers or anywhere to store clothes. The night stands are literally falling apart. There was a condom found under the bed, and the unit was not cleaned well, lots of dirt in all the corners. There were not enough dishes for a meal. Would not stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The apartment is long overdue for maintenance. Furniture is workout and while it might be clean, then it just does not seem like it is. The refrigerator will keep you awake a night as it is so noisy when cooling. The outside is really nice with great view from the balcony, yet again the amintenance leaves something to wish for.

Property was very dated but clean. There were a few minor problems, but one big one. The living room flooded. I called emergency number but they didn’t come to our aide until night before we left. We were not able to enjoy the living room, fireplace was without matches or flame, difficult to start, and surrounded by wet carpet that soaked our feet if we walked that direction. I asked and was delivered a tub stopper so we could have a hot bath after a cold, wet, day on slopes. A lighter was also delivered but didn’t work well.

We travel a lot and the price that we paid for 5 nights does not match the quality of this place. One can rent a really nice condominium in Spain,Portugal or Italy that is updated and not run down. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is very dated and not well kept. The unit was not very clean and overall is in disrepair. There are a lot of very narrow stairs to even get to the unit so it was hard to get the luggage in and out. Some of the stair were loose and felt unsafe.

Just what we needed.

Property manager should be given a raise. He’s amazing to work with and very kind. Property was the right price and location for what we needed. Nothing fancy. But we didn’t need that. Hike all day. Crash at night.
