Whether youâre here for first tracks or summer trails, Peak View Studio offers the perfect blend of luxury, location, and mountain charm â all with the elevated experience you expect from Slope Side Getaways. No Smoking: Smoking of any kind (including vaping and cannabis) is strictly prohibited inside the home or near open windows and doors.
No Pets: We love animals, but this property is STRICTLY PET-FREE to maintain luxury standards and accommodate guests with allergies.
Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM in accordance with neighborhood regulations.
No Parties or Events: This home is intended for quiet enjoyment by registered guests only. Unauthorized events will result in immediate cancellation and fines.
Maximum Occupancy: 6 Guests â No additional overnight guests permitted.
Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and stay on-site for the duration of the reservation.
Hot Tub Etiquette: Shower before use, no glassware allowed in or near the hot tub.
Parking Limit: Maximum of 1 vehicle per unit (HOA policy). No street parking allowed per local ordinanceâviolators may be towed. Parking cost is $55/night in the winter.
Check-In/Out: Check-in is after 4:00 PM; check-out is by 10:00 AM. Late check-out is subject to availability and a fee.
Respect the Property: Please treat the home and furnishings with care. To help maintain cleanliness and preserve hardwood floors, we kindly ask that guests remove shoes upon entry.
