Talk about a fantastic mountain getaway! Views overlooking the Blue River and the proximity to Quicksilver Lift at the Peak 9 base couldn’t be better. It’s also just a short walk to Breckenridge’s historic Main Street, and guests enjoy access to the Columbine outdoor heated pool and hot tub area across the street. This is a place everyone in your group will love!

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is a fantastic mountain getaway for families or groups of up to five people. The remodeled interior with dark cherry wood is clean, luxurious and inviting! The spacious living area is outfitted perfectly with plenty of seating and a huge flat-screen TV and gas fireplace creating a cozy, laid-back ambiance. You can relax in the comfy chair next to the gas fireplace and enjoy the stunning views overlooking the heavily wooded Blue River that flows beyond the big bay window. The fully equipped kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances has everything you’ll need to keep the troops happy and fed, and there’s seating for six at the dining table and three more at the breakfast bar. Soak in the stream views from the deck or take the short walk to Main Street to enjoy great shopping and dining.

Perfect Condo for Family

Our family of 4 came for spring break. The property is even better than the listing says. Walking distance to lifts. Really close to Main Street. Kitchen has everything you need for day to day cooking (we cooked breakfast and dinner) Really comfortable living room/dining room. Beds and linens are comfortable. Having 2 full bathrooms makes it very easy to get ready in the morning. Communication with management was very quick and efficient.

Perfect family of 4 vacation

This unit is truly close to everything. 5 minute walk to slopes and Main St. We were able to walk home for lunch while skiing. We walked to town for dinner pretty much every night. The hot tub is located across the street. It was pretty busy so we only went one time. The unit had adequate kitchen items for cooking nreals. Good value for the price.

This condo was in a great location! It is also close to parking which made getting in and out very easy. The condo, itself, was a cozy place to come back to and hang out. There is a beautiful view from the large living room window!

Great condo just a 5 minute walk to the peak 9 ski lift. Very clean and had everything for my family to enjoy our week in Breck. The underground parking was nice to have as it snowed every day we were there.

Nice Location

The location was very nice. The opportunity to check in early was very nice. Attention to details to cleanliness could have been much better. The property manager was very responsive to a few items that should never have been overlooked in the cleaning process.

Great location and spacious condo

We loved our stay here. Easy to walk to downtown and nearby parks and trails, so great location. Kitchen was fully stocked with supplies and the condo is spacious. View of the river was particularly nice. My only comment was that the cleaning folks showed up about 10 min before check out time which made getting out a bit frantic. Other than that, everything was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Master bed is a cheap foam mattress that is the most uncomfortable and way to soft. Bunk beds were creaky and woke you up every time you move. Had to sleep on couch most nights and that too is outdated and uncomfortable. The most important thing a Vrbo can offer is great sleeping accommodation.

A very decent property with a very good location. Easy walk to the base of the Quicksilver lift. If it were my unit, I would upgrade the cooking hardware like pots and pans. Also could use some updating on the humidifiers, Kitchen furniture, etc. (one of the kitchen chairs broke while sitting in it squarely, and I’m about 210 lbs.) Functional, but certainly not luxurious. The property management company was very proactive and responsive.

Great Location!

Great property! It was an easy walk from the condo to the lift at Peak 9 and also into town a check out the shops and restaurants on main street. We always had a parking spot and there are no stairs to climb to enter the condo. Very clean and convenient. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family!

Pre Christmas ski trip

We stayed for 4 nights the week before Christmas. Location is fantastic and the view of the creek is very scenic. Just a short walk down the back stairs on the ground floor over to the base of peak 9 and ski school. Locking ski rack by the front door was convenient. Kitchen was stocked with plates, utensils, coffee filters, etc. Several humidifiers available which we used for the duration of the trip were nice to have. Couch was very big and a comfortable place to chill after a long day on the slopes. The rest of the furnishings were a little dated. Master bed was comfy. Bed on the bottom of the bunk in the guest room could be replaced. Our teenage daughter ended up sleeping on the couch, but it would be fine for younger kids that aren't finicky sleepers. Overall great experience!

Great location and wonderful place!

Everything was amazing! The communication was great! Walking distance to the ski lift and shuttle pick up was easy to get to. Perfectly stocked with dishes, toilet paper and toiletries. Close location

I typically book ski in/outs and this was not advertised as but not really what I’m use to. Very comfortable stay. The living room was very friendly for our family. Parking above the garage or in the garage was very nice. The only draw backs was it seemed like the dishwasher might not be getting the dishes clean and we were hand washing before using kitchen items. Also the popcorn ceilings were a bit dirty especially in the master bathroom.

Relaxing babbling brook sounds

We stayed in the condo above this one last year so we knew the layout and location. It is a very cozy condo with beautiful views and a babbling brook outside the windows. The sofa and the king bed were extremely comfortable especially because I have chronic back issues. The condo had everything we needed. Any time we needed to contact the management company, we received an immediate reply
