Winter Seasonal Information:

Ski Out — From the Burro Trail at the corner of Gold King and White Cloud Drive follow path down to Lower Lehman and the base of Peak 9. This is the official neighborhood access point for all homes. All homes in this neighborhood have the same legal access.

Ski In - You must ride the Falcon chair to the top of Peak 10. Proceed down Cimarron, a black diamond, to the back country gates on the cat walk, follow the path to the home. Exit via the neighborhood access point at Gold King and White Cloud to avoid trespassing. This is the official neighborhood access point for all homes. All homes in this neighborhood have the same legal access.

Summer Seasonal Information:
‱ Close to hiking, mountain biking, and water sports.
‱ Downhill hike to town (about 3/4 of a mile) alongside a stream
‱ Hiking and mountain biking trails that we connect to directly to the Burro Trail outside the home
‱ Whitewater rafting, Horseback Riding, Paddle boarding, Dog Sledding, Snowmobiling, Zip Lines, Adventure Parks, are all within miles of the home

‱ Ski season hours are 8am–8pm (approximately late November through mid-April).

The home was is great condition and perfectly located near the mountain. The shuttle to the mountain was very convenient for our large group and the host had an answer for everything! I would highly recommend staying here for a large group vacation.

Amazing home and Company to work with

We had four families stay at the White cloud outpost in February 2026 and could not say enough great things about this home. It was divided up very well to where we had big common areas to gather, but also had separation for the kids and adults and families. Endless games, pool table, foosball, karaoke, machine, etc. for the kids and a beautiful kitchen very well stocked for the adults. The amenities were fantastic and an added bonus was having a shuttle stop right at the end of our driveway to take us to the base of the mountain for skiing or into town to shop. This is the best property management company we have ever worked with. Very thorough, direct, and quick to respond via text to any questions. I would highly recommend this property management company and definitely this house.

Wonderful holiday

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It was very comfortable with lots of space for a large group. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds super comfortable. We would definitely recommend and hope to return again.

Family Ski weekend

This is the perfect spot for a winter break - plenty of room for three families with teens. Host was very communicative and gave plenty of detailed information. Having the shuttle stop right by the house made it so easy for all of us to get to the slopes and back. Definitely recommend staying here!

Great stay for our family

This was a perfect house for our large family group! It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay for a range of ages, including the well furnished kitchen and game room, large dining table, and pack & plays. There was plenty of space to gather together but also for everyone to have their own space and privacy.

Beautiful Breckenridge House

Alpine Outpost is a beautiful, well stocked, clean house. Everything was perfect, great mountain location close to town. Our family loved our stay there. The kids were even given a stuffed animal to take with them. Very nice touch! Thank you!

Definitely Look At This Place For A Good Time

Great place! Perfect summer location. Super quiet, peaceful. Peak 8 framed in the front window. Moose in the back yard and multiple fox in the front.

We loved our visit to white cloud outpost- there was a group of 10 of us ranging from 2-50 yrs old and there was plenty of space and things to do! We loved having a second living area. Highly recommend.

Our stay at White Cloud Outpost was fantastic. Plenty of room for all family members, game room, great view, clean, and hot tub. Location was fantastic, quiet, close to hiking trails and downtown. Super easy to get downtown and enjoy the town. This place would be fantastic during ski season! Lastly Jason was very helpful and informative.

Perfect for large families or gatherings!

Thank you, Jason for allowing us to use your beautiful home for our family gathering. The space was perfect. We could gather together very comfortably and all separate families had their own space when needed! The setting is stunning, while having very easy access to the town of Breckenridge.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Beautifully decorated! Excellent setup for multiple families or larger groups vacationing together. Great house for ski vacation

We very much enjoyed staying in the house. It was convenient to town and easy access to the slopes - we skied to the lift and took a shuttle back. We had a fairly large group combining adults and kids and the house was spacious enough for our group. The host is very responsive and provided us with a lot of useful information during our stay.
