Mountain Views, Hiking, Outside Frnt Door- No Halls! Private Deck, New Kitchen!

Enjoy the cool mountain air on the large, private balcony (see photos) looking out over Breckenridge!  Walk straight in the front door (contactless 24 hour self-check-in), a short walk from the parking lot- no halls, stairwells or waiting for elevators.  This condo is also located next to the Four O'Clock ski run (great for summer mountain hiking too).  Walk to downtown Breckenridge about 4 blocks away or hike to the free gondola (about 6 blocks) and enjoy a quiet trip up the mountain above the Cucumber Gulch Wildlife Preserve.   The condo is located close to the Sawmill Lake Trail- a short trail that will take you to the tranquil Sawmill Lake (great for fishing, wildlife watching and relaxing).  

Rent mountain bikes at the rental shop (just below the condo) and take a ride on many of the trails around Breckenridge.  Or take the free shuttle at the same location (the Snowflake Lift) around town or to the nearby town of Frisco.

All new appliances (Fall 2023)- range, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer.  This beautifully remodeled condo in Tyra Summit II is conveniently located next to the Four O'clock ski run, above the Snowflake Lift!  Walk or clip off your skis/ snowboard on the front porch, lock them in the rack and walk in the front door and warm up and gaze at the fire through the glass door woodstove. 

Unlike many mega-condo buildings in Breckenridge, this is a quiet condo with only six units in the building.  No long corridors, waiting for elevators or hiking up/ down stairways to contend with!

This condo provides amazing views of the mountains and  features a large, private balcony, lots of windows and a glass-front wood stove for those chilly nights (firewood is supplied).  Spacious private off-street parking is included (cars, pickups and SUVs welcome).

This condo features flat screen HD TVs, Blu-ray/DVD players, kitchen appliances and the list goes on and on.  Wireless high-speed internet is included.  Well- equipped full sized kitchen with granite tile countertops.  Includes range with oven, built-in large microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, dishes, crock-pot, coffee pot, toaster blender, mixer and much more.

Private bedroom (NOT a studio) featuring a king sized bed with luxurious pillow-top mattress .  Bedroom also features flat screen HD TV/Blu-Ray/DVD and window with view of Four O'Clock ski run (across quiet dead-end road).

John and Angela were absolutely wonderful hosts and made the entire experience seamless. They provided detailed information about the property ahead of time and were quick to respond to any questions we had.The condo itself was spotless, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. The view from the windows was stunning—and to top it all off, we were lucky enough to see three moose resting right outside one morning! Such a memorable and magical touch to an already fantastic stay.

The only thing we would suggest is to update kitchen supplies. Spoons, spatulas and cooking equipment. It would be difficult to make an actual meal. The communication was We would stay again outstanding and very clean. One of we would stay again. The location was awesome the most comfortable bed ever!!

Super location Great Amenities

Owners super responsive. Place is perfect for skiing. Great to have a full size dishwasher and fridge. Perfect to be able to check in at your own ease. Having a washer and dryer is so needed when skiing. Love the deck and ease of access. Only challenge is no bus all the way up. But it is a short .2 walk to nearest bus. Easy for most people.

Great location!

The ski in was great. We skied down right across from our place and just had to cross the road. Ski out was a little more of a hassle. Had to ski down to a road, take skis off, walk across street and up a short hill to the lift. But still way better than a shuttle! Place was nice with great views and communication with hosts couldn’t have been better. We will stay there again. Thanks Angie and John

Ski Trip

The place was clean and had a lot of amenities for cooking, the sunset views from patio were breath taking The 4 O clock trail was across the street , so easy to ski to Snowflake lift and ski back to condo via 4 O’Clock trail The bed was incredibly comfortable. The only downside was not because of owner , but I would strongly suggest an ALL wheel drive We had a front wheel rental and we got stuck on 4 O Clock road twice and needed a push to get up the road.Thank you John and Angela for making our stay Nemo. Great with communication

January Ski Trip

This was second time my wife and I stayed in this building, first time in this unit. Focus was on ski-in/ski-out of this building. Easy check-in. Unit was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was moderately well stocked with utensils. Wood burning stove was a bonus. In-unit washer-dryer meant able to pack less clothing. Good water pressure with plenty of hot water. Truly enjoyed, expect to return next year.

4-o'clock Hideaway

I booked this VRBO property as a getaway with easy access to the slopes of breckenridge. The property was clean and quaint. Attached to the second set of keys was a membership card to the local Kroger. Each morning I sat on the couch and watched through the large glass balcony doors as the sun rose over the snowcapped mointains

New Year’s Eve Family Vacation

Cozy and close to everything!

The condo was so cozy and has a spectacular view! It was a short walk from the free ride bus stop which takes you everywhere you need to go. John and Angela were extremely responsive to our questions! I highly recommend this place!
