The living area provides a relaxed place to unwind, and the sleeping setup works well for families or a small group traveling together. WiFi is included so you can stay connected during your stay. As part of the Village at Breckenridge, you’ll also have access to a great lineup of shared amenities, including pools, hot tubs, and more when open.

• Communal amenities: The Village at Breckenridge offers a newly renovated shared indoor/outdoor pool, 4 outdoor hot tubs, sauna, steam room, game room, movie room, fitness room, and community BBQ grills. Amenity availability and hours are set by the building and are outside our control.

• Elevator: There is an elevator in the building. It’s operated and maintained by building management; if unavailable for any reason, stairs will be required.

• WiFi: WiFi is provided; however, due to our mountain location and areawide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

This is a beautiful well equipped unit right in the heart of Breckenridge. You’ll have a beautiful view from your seventh floor, balcony and everything you need to ski in and ski ride out right outside of your building. Five minute walk to every restaurant and shop. Kitchen is perfectly equipped. Bedding in the primary suite is probably the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on in a rental. House was a great communicator and responded right away with questions & issue. This unit was a great homebase for our family of six.

Great Location.

We came in for a long weekend to ski as much as we could. The location was ideal for accessing lift 9 and walking to town for dinner. I will stay again.
