This condo let you be close to the slopes and the action in Breckenridge! You can ski back to Sundowner on the 4 O'Clock Run, then stroll two blocks to Main Street. Plus, you can take the footpath to the seasonal Upper Village Pool and hot tub or enjoy a relaxing soak in the on-site communal hot tub as well. It’s a fantastic location and value!

This one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo can accommodate up to 5 people. Curl up next to the gas fireplace with a cup of hot cocoa or enjoy a beer on one of the two large balconies. This unit also has a fully equipped kitchen with granite counters and stainless-steel appliances. There’s room for 5 at the dining room table and plenty of room in the spacious living area. Best of all, you can ski and board back to this unit on Peak 8’s Four O’clock Run!

Other amenities include in-unit washer/dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi. And every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Love the location of this condo! It was comfortable and the patio seating was amazing our favorite. We did run out of hot water (on the 2nd shower of the day) and found many outlets are so worn out that plugs won’t stay in them. Charging phones was a bit of a challenge. I’d also recommend replacing the pillows. But overall was a very pleasant stay and would recommend the condo to others.

We left early. Place was okay - not great. Management rules weird - clean the place before you leave, do the dishes, take out the trash... a bit draconian. It wasn't great - so we left early. We wouldn't stay with them again... plus they do an end-around VRBO and get you to pay them direct (no refunds of course). They have you sign their overly 1-sided agreement. Bunch of management things we found to be "all in their favor"

Nothing fancy but great location and clean

This is a great unit and so close to the main street. It not the newest but everything was clean and plenty of cooking supplies and even a lot of spices to use too. Easy communication too.

Excellent location! Prefect for walking to Snowflake run, 2 blocks other way is Main Street. Property as described and photos show. Very clean, pantry larger than ours at home, plenty of storage in hall and bedroom closets. Kitchen very well stocked. Plenty of excess pillows and blankets for comfort. Communication on point. Easy to check in and out. Would highly recommend and stay here again.

5 minute walk to snowflake lift. Can ski down four o’clock run and get within two minutes if condo. The best part was the texting service. They were amazing and answered all my condo and non-condo related questions. Place was clean and well kept

Family Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay! Condo was spacious with plenty of closet space and a huge pantry. Kitchen is well stocked, allowing us to make dinner every night. The in-unit laundry is always appreciated. Snowflake lift is a short walk in the morning and skiing down four o’clock has a walk through right to where the unit is located. You’re also a short walk away from downtown. Don’t forget to pack a couple extra towels to use for the pool/hot tub house- those aren’t provided. Overall, it’s a clean, spacious condo with a perfect location if you’re looking to park your car and not get back into it until it’s time to leave.

Good, clean, simple space

The space was clean and the property management group was surprisingly communicative. Overall, good experience! There are some small updates that could be done to improve the property, like refinishing the coffee table in the living room. There were just a few things like that that made the place feel a bit old and worn. THAT SAID, it’s very well kept and clean. Bed was great!

The property was nice, clean and comfortable. Everything looks just like the pictures on the ad. The rental company (summit mountain rentals) is extremely professional, accommodating and customer service based. They went above and beyond to answer any questions that I had prior to arrival as well as being available for the duration of my stay. Great place to stay for a mountain get away.

Easy access to lift and town!

Bus stop and trail are right across the street. Property mgmt team were great and very responsive during our early arrival. Pool and hot tub were too far away to use during the winter. Very clean space and nice views too.

We had a lovely stay at this condo. You can walk 2 blocks up the road to the Snowflake lift or take a shuttle. The hot tub and pool are fun and are in the complex just one over. Management was responsive when water in bathroom pipe had frozen.
