Talk about location — you’re just a short walk from the Snowflake Lift and 2.5 blocks from Breckenridge’s historic Main Street. With 4 O’Clock Run and the National Forest just outside your back door, it’s a fantastic year-round spot for skiing, hiking, mountain biking and more. There’s everything you and your group need for a fantastic mountain retreat!

This nice decorated 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhome is the perfect getaway for families or groups of up to eight people. When you walk in, you’ll immediately get a taste of a true mountain home from the dĂ©cor. In the living room, enjoy a nice cup of hot cocoa sitting next to the gas fireplace, or curl up on the cozy couch and watch a movie on the large flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with all the gear you’ll need to whip up some great meals in between activities. There’s room for six people at the dining table plus four more seats at the breakfast bar. The dining area also has great views of the slopes and an entrance to the back patio.

You’ll love having seasonal access to the Upper Village pool and hot tub just a short walk away. Other amenities include a washer/dryer, parking for two vehicles and complimentary Wi-Fi. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. We loved this condo! Perfect for our family of 5. It was refreshing to stay at a VRBO with plenty of the necessitates that I feel have been lacking in the last few stays we have had. Kitchen was well stocked as well as paper goods. TONS of towels, which again, seems to be a trend in not having many of anymore at stays like this. 5 minute walk to downtown. I would say the pool is more of a drive than a walk but not far at all. The back patio is perfect for morning coffee. Cozy and welcoming inside. Would stay again!

Great location and Value

Condo is a great ski-in option at a reasonable price for Breckenridge. Has 5 beds seperated from the main living room, which was great for a group of 5 adults. The hot tub is a 4-5 minute walk outside to a shared area, which is tough if its cold outside but not too bad otherwise. The lift is about a 5 minute hike up the hill, or you can use the free shuttle to go there or a different lift.Weird thing though, they wouldn't give us the code to the back door? The back door that leads to the ski slope. They specifically said we shouldn't be using it, on a place that's specifically listed as ski-in/out.

Wonderful

Had a great stay in Breckenridge. There were 6 of us total and the size of the condo was perfect. It’s equipped with everything you need, and when I couldn’t find any kitchen sponges, they even offered to drop some off. I ended up walking to the office right downtown. Perfect location for ski in and it’s just a short walk to the snowflake lift and Main Street. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome location!

This is a great place to stay for a ski-in ski-out experience in Breckenridge. The condo is very nice, very clean, and well stocked. The location can't be beat for convenience. We skied right in the back door and walked to town for dinner. So convenient to have reserved parking in the lot, we never moved our car at all! Would definately return.

Great New Year Stay!

Clean, well-stocked place that fit our group of 7 (with 2 kids). Walking distance to town, backs up to the 4 O’Clock run (with a short uphill walk to the snowflake lift), shuttle service to peak 7/8. Of note, it’s about 5 minute walk to the pool/hot tub area which can get slippery. It was no issue but just wear traction! Perfect central place to stay in Breckenridge!

Friends turning 50 celebration!

The condo was perfect for our group. The location was great, close to skiing and to town. It is literally ski in to the back deck and a 5-10 min walk to the lift. We had everything we needed to cook dinner and breakfasts. We were comfortable in the sleeping arrangements also.

Summit Property Management did a wonderful job communicating everything for our stay. The townhouse was obviously a place where many families have made some awesome memories in Breckenridge. Lots of fun and quirky mountain themed knick knacks made us feel right at home. The skiers zipping down the 4 O’clock run in the backyard was the cherry on top. Great little cozy spot fully equipped for a large or small group.

Plum Cottage is a Gem

If it was allowed we’d move in tomorrow. The house was so comfortable, decorated beautifully, stocked with everything needed, and the location couldn’t be beat. 10 minute walk to Snowflake lift, 5 minute walk home from bottom of 4 o’clock. Plus walkable to everything in town. The manager was extremely helpful and accommodating during a booking mistake on my end. Because of that we will definitely be return customers to SMR.

We had a great trip to Breck, the condo layout worked very well for our group (2 adults and 3 teenagers) and the location right on 4 O'Clock Run ski trail was perfect as well. The hosting company was a pleasure to communicate with and replied very quickly to a few questions we had.

An ideal stay

We very much enjoyed our stay here. Ski in at the end of the day and a short walk to the snowflake lift. Very clean and well maintained. Plenty of sleeping space and all separate from the living spaces. Any communication with management was also very easy when needed. Will definitely want to come back soon.

Winter Break ski trip

My wife and I took our college daughter and a friend to Breckenridge for a ski trip. The place had everything we needed for a ski trip. Ski in location was great, walk to lift wasn't bad at all, and easy walk to town for dinner and shopping. The condo pictures are accurate and everything worked. I would stay here again.

Great place - ski in

Overall the property was great - I would stay here again. Ski in and quick walk to Snowflake lift. Some elements are a little dated, but overall well kept. Pool / hot tub area is nice - about a 5 min walk. I gave it 4 and not 5 stars because while the property is very good, it’s not the same caliber as some of the newer / renovated places on VRBO that I would give 5 stars to.
