It’s no secret why Tyra Streamside Wolf’s Lair Condo is one of our best-selling ski-in/ski-out properties: Location! Not only does it sit on Four O’Clock Run and adjacent to the Snowflake Lift, it’s also just a short shuttle ride or walk to the shops, dining and entertainment of historic Downtown Breckenridge. This is the place your family and friends want to stay, and they’ll love you for booking it!

Tyra Streamside Wolf’s Lair Condo comfortably sleeps eight and is a perfect choice for families or multiple couples. The living area is a wonderful place to gather and catch a movie on the large flat-screen TV and gas fireplace. There’s a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances for whipping up your favorite meals. The dining table has seating for six, and there’s room for three more at the bar more. Just out the door from the dining area, kick back and enjoy the sound of the stream which runs right by the patio while you watch the skiers board the Snowflake lift! There’s also excellent access to trails from this home during the summer months.

In-unit amenities include a washer and dryer and complementary Wi-Fi; you can also enjoy the complex clubhouse with shared indoor/outdoor hot tubs. Every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was spacious, clean, comfortable and well stocked with towels, toilet paper, linens, blankets, tissue paper, trash bags, etc. The kitchen could be better stocked and organized, but management was excellent and quick with responding.The location is great. A short walk to town.Will definitely stay here again.

Overall stay was great. Location of condo can't be beat, literally across the street from snowflake lift. great for ski in-ski out. Condo has nice layout, a bathroom for each bedroom. Gave 3 stars for cleanliness because there were dirty dishes in the cabinet and some mildew in the master bath that wiped off easily so it didn't appear to have been cleaned properly. Also, could use more towels - no hand towels or washcloths were provided, only bath towels. Summit Mountain Rentals was very responsive to our inquiries. We have worked with them before and always had a great experience.

Great Location, Communication, and Perfect for our Family

This condo is perfectly located, in that one can ski in and only walk about 100 yards downhill to the Snowflake lift when heading up the mountain. It is an easy walk into town, even easier to catch a bus, and also has a nice window looking down on the Snowflake lift for us to see how long the lift lines were at a particular time. We found it to be very clean and a perfect place for four adults and two boys (8 & 10 years old). Additionally, when we had a few questions, we received responses from management within seconds by texting the number they provided. We couldn't have been happier with this condo!

Excellent Location & Excellent Host!

This place was as advertised. The place was in good condition and everything worked while we were there outside of the fireplace. The switch on the wall wouldn't work. I didn't care too much, but the day after we checked in, the management sent me a text asking how things were going, which I thought was awesome. I told them about the fire place and within an hour, they had someone in our rental and took the whole thing apart and fixed it. I was really impressed with the response time and attention to our party. You can't beat the location, walk 30 steps and you're at the snowflake lift. We chose to drove when we went downtown, I think the walk was too far for winter, but I would never complain with the location. 10/10 no question. We will definitely be back next year!

Fabulous location!

I cannot say enough about this property. The location is perfect. Walk across the street to the Snowflake Lift and ski shop and ski home via the 4 o’clock run. We will definitely stay here again and will recommend it to anyone I know going to Breckinridge!!!

We will be back.

This was a great property. First of all, there was plenty of room. We traveled with our 3 grown/college age children and everyone had a bed and space to spread out. The loft could have slept two more and it was so nice to have a bathroom up there as well. The living room was nice and comfortable and the table was huge and worked great for meals and games. The kitchen was a bit outdated but we appreciated how many dishes, storage, pans, etc. it had. Also, it was so nice that the owners and cleaners left spices and basics from other guest so we didn't have to buy as much from the store. This house is on the third floor so it had lofted cielings which made it bright and airy. We enjoyed the views and watching all the activity of the lift. The best thing about this location is that it is so easy to walk across the road and jump on Snowflake lift and then to ski home at the end of the day to the condo parking lot. (I hated those 3 flights at the end of the day!) We also walked to town (15 min downhill) and easily took the bus back up to the bus stop right across from the unit. Thank you for a great stay.

Breck condo with a great view

Very comfortable condo with a loft that can sleep 7 or 8 people. There was plenty of room for the four of us. There are great views of the mountains from the condo, and it's very close to two hiking trails. I highly recommend the Snowflake Lift trail (trailhead across the street) that leads to a reservoir. It's a short walk to Main Street in Breckenridge. There is a free bus service if you don't feel like walking uphill back to the condo. We will stay there again if we make another trip to Breckenridge.

Great place to stay

This was a great place to rent for a couple nights. As we already knew there was no air conditioner, it may benefit the owners to purchase a mobile a/c unit for those 78 to 80 degree days that we had. Breckenridge is not set up for heat waves like we had and it was a bit uncomfortable in the heat of the day. Otherwise the space was a bit out dated but good.

Perfect Trip to Breckenridge

We loved our stay in the Tyra condominiums. The condo was clean and spacious. The views were incredible and the sound of the creek was very relaxing. Communication with the management company was great and check in was very easy. Would love to stay here again.

Super Fast Walk to SnowFlake Lift

Has enough sleeping area for 8 people or even 10. Likes how the hot tubes were right outside our front door & the gas grills available to use just outside of the condo as well. Snow Flake lift is right outside the window of the living room, 75 yard walk to lift for fast access to mountain. 4 o’clock run ends right at the parking lot for fast access to condo also. Perfect spot for skiing/snowboarders to get on & off mountain quick for dinner or lunch!

Perfect location, perfect condo

This condo is perfect for those traveling with a group. It is steps from the snowflake lift to start your day and then you ski right back to the condo on either the snowflake trail or 4 o’clock run. It is an easy walk to town and short bus ride back to the condo if you don’t want to walk. The condo is very spacious and with 3 baths, it made for a very comfortable setup.
