This is it: The best slope access location in Breckenridge! The Peak 9 base area is where it’s at: The ski school, ski shops, restaurants, night life, chairlifts and more are just outside your door. You’ll also have access to the hot tubs, pool, and workout facilities in the Village — and Breck’s Main Street is only steps away. Your group will be thrilled with this place!

This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo is a perfect year-round retreat for families or groups of up to 6. The living area has a large flat-screen TV, comfortable furnishings, a wood fireplace and mountain views; it’s the perfect place to relax with your group after a long day of skiing, mountain biking, or exploring historic Main Street Breckenridge. The kitchen features quartz counters and stainless-steel appliances, and it has all the gear you’ll need to whip up snacks and full mountain meals. The dining area is just off the kitchen and has room for six at the dining room table, as well as four seats at the counter.

This condo offers easy access to skiing and downtown Breckenridge, and you’ll love the hotel amenities like a shared hot tub, underground parking, and gym facilities. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

- A $350 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.
- Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
- Parking: 1 garage space total. Parking at the Village at Breckenridge is limited and not guaranteed for all guests. This ski in ski out property is walking distance to the slopes and to town and is a great choice if you want to be green and leave your car at home. If you do not require parking during your stay, SMR will refund you $30 per night if you let us know one week before your arrival.

This was our first time in Breck and I'm glad we found this place. It seemed to be right in the middle of the slopes (for summer hiking) and the downtown shops. Also, the plaza that this condo sits within has everything you want (early coffee shop, weekend farmers market, wine tasting store, crepes, candy, shops, etc.)

The condo itself was nice, and as described. There is no air conditioning, so it was a little warm but they have multiple fans on the closet. The outdoor patio was mostly unusable however as the floor and furniture was covered in dust/dirt.The location is wonderful right in the center of town and the amenities (pool, mini golf, etc) were great.The check in process was a mess. There are about 5 different buildings on the property and it is not clear where to go. The person working at the welcome desk on site was unable to help, as the rental was through an external company. The instructions for parking where hard to interpret and ultimately after over an hour waiting to unload the car (with two young kiddos) we were told that we did not have parking available on site. All public parking around town does not allow overnight parking. The folks we spoke with at the rental company were polite and tried to help us but it was a huge headache.

Convenient well appointed unit

This unit gave us everything we need for a great ski trip to Breckenridge. It had enough room for the whole family to sleep was very convenient and had a lot of amenities like the game room and the hot tubs. It did show somewhere and tear, but everything was functional.We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

Perfect location for skiing!

I stayed here for a long weekend of skiing with five other friends. The location was perfect - less than a minute walk to the ski school and Peak 9 base/Quicksilver lift. We were worried we’d be on top of each other staying in a 1 bed/1 bath, but the condo is surprisingly well spaced. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed (although the dishwasher was broken, not a big deal for us though). Property management were very communicative and made the whole process easy!

Perfect location

Stayed here for a ski vacation. Great location. Easy walk to peak 9 lifts. Easy walk to downtown Breck. Condo was clean and quiet. Hot tubs at the inn were nice. Parking was super easy in their underground garage.

Great Location! Loved our stay

The location of this condo was perfect for our family of five for a ski weekend. The condo is a very short walk to the lift and was also very close to the downtown area for shopping and restaurants. The interior of the condo was clean and had plenty of room for all of our stuff. There was a ski storage area by the door for all of our equipment, and also an extra walk-in closet in the bedroom if we needed extra space or to store our suitcases. The kitchen was large and very well stocked with any necessary, cooking items and dishes. The bathroom was large, clean, and the shower had two heads which was nice!

Father and Son Ski Trip

Great three days of skiing for my 15 year old son's first time in Colorado. It would be hard to imagine a better location in Breckenridge, with an easy walk to the chair lift, ticket office, ski shop and restaurants. Access to outdoor hot tub, steam room and sauna was a plus after a long day on the slopes.

The condo was just like the pictures & better. Loved being able to walk to Main Street for shopping or to eat . The best part is you are next the slopes for skiing. I would definitely rent this condo again.

Great Mountain Getaway

Came to enjoy the mountain scenery and partake in the Oktoberfest festivities. Property management was great, and extremely responsive. Using phone to unlock doors was a little annoying as you couldn’t add it to your wallet (or I couldn’t figure it out), and I couldn’t figure out the physical keys they provided. Either way, don’t let that deter you from staying here as we would 10/10 stay here again.

Fantastic condo

This was one of the best properties we ever stayed at. Well stacked (there wasn’t anything missing in the kitchen and they even had some basics like spices), beautifully decorated (everything seems renovated), and conveniently located right outside of the ski lifts. The wood-burning fireplace was wonderful. The management company was really helpful and responsive, and checked in with his often to make sure we had everything we needed. We would love to stay here again!

Perfect condo for summer trip

I stayed here with my two daughters for a last minute trip to Breck. We had so much fun! Condo was perfect with everything we needed and the location couldn’t have been better. Easy two min walk to Main Street and surrounded by restaurants and shops. Girls loved there was a candy store right downstairs. Parking was easy and convenient. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We loved the rental and the convenient location it was in to the slopes. The cleanliness was not up to par however. Dusty, dirty grout and bathroom, coffee pot and humidifier were absolutely filthy which we had to spend significant amount of time disinfecting and cleaning. We would suggest a deep clean of the place.

Conveniently located cozy spot right by Peak 9

We absolutely loved the location of this unit right by Peak 9 offering a luxurious ski-in/ski-out experience. The town of Breck is only a short walk away too. The apartment itself has a dual bunk-bed bedroom, balcony, kitchen, bathroom and living room. The fireplace was a nice feature for evenings after riding. The experience would have been even smoother if the room keys would be more reliable and if we didn't have to trek to the rental office to obtain replacements when they inevitably would become deactivated when in any proximity to other cards, phones, or seemingly no reason at all. We had one night where everyone (except for one of us who was not nearby) keys stopped working which led to a stressful night unable to access our unit. In the future, I would suggest that the front desk has an emergency key to access the apartment. Instead of us having to walk 15 minutes in the cold night to the rental office to obtain the spare. Apart from this, it was our second time staying at this unit and we love it in Breckenridge.
