Recently Updated Breckenridge Condo: Ski In Ski Out, Views & Access to Hot Tub

Winter or summer, our recently renovated Breckenridge ski-in ski-out condo will be perfect for your vacation. Located across from the Snowflake lift in Breckenridge, and an easy walk to town, you cannot beat our excellent location. Our comfy, cozy condo in Breckenridge can be your home away from home for an affordable rate.

The condo is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom luxury condo. We have a warm gas fireplace, not one but two decks with views of the mountains and town, and high speed wireless internet access. Also included is an outdoor community hot tub and a private heated one-car garage. A full kitchen and a dining room table make for fun stay-at-home meals. All kitchen equipment, linens, and towels are provided. Gorgeous wood trim and doors abound in the unit.

The master bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom with a jetted tub. The guest bedroom has a bunk bed (full bed on bottom and twin on top) and a private deck overlooking the town of Breckenridge. The guest bathroom has a glass stall shower. The comfy sofa becomes a Queen sized sleeper sofa. Free shuttle service is available around town and to the lifts although you'll hardly need it. We have log rocking chairs on the back deck which has views of Peak 7 and 8.

Just to be clear this is not ski-in/ski-out property. A short walk to the shuttle bus that takes only a few minutes to Peak 9; very short ride. Walking to the shuttle can be tricky because of the icy driveway and icy road that was not treated and was not plowed. Radiant heat is too load so, earplugs are strongly recommended. comfortable bed in mb, great kitchen, big refrigerator, nice mountain view.

The condo is perfect for people who ski. We will book again for our summer hiking trip. Access to Snowflake trail/lift is a short walk across the street. Due to the condition of the trail down the mountain (low snowbase), we took the shuttle home. The shuttle stops in front of the condo. The condo was recently updated and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. We appreciated the little things like quality soap and 2ply toilet paper. The kitchen was stocked with all of the essentials. You can also walk to town as it is only about 1/2 mile away. Mike and Abbey were very friendly and easy to work with. We didn't have any issues, but they were helpful about local information and questions I had about the condo.

2/2025 Ski trip

We have been to Breckenridge a number of times and this is the first time we have had an average /below average experience with a property. First, there is a need for general maintenance. Doors, second bedroom and laundry do not shut. The light over the stove does not work and 2 of the 3 humidifiers do not work. The door to the dishwasher makes a horrible sound when shutting and closing..Second, the shower curtain in the master needs to be replaced and the cleaning crew needs to discard unused items in the refrigerator. A number of condiments had gone bad and I had to toss them. On a positive note, the price for the unit does somewhat balance out some of the previous comments and while it took a while to figure out the ski in/out availability it ended upWorking well. We did have a lot of snow so this could be different in low snow conditions.

Comfortable stay while skiing

We stayed at the property while skiing one weekend and all went great. Communication with the owners was good and being able to put our stuff in the garage was nice after walking back uphill to the condo. Check in was a breeze. The only confusing thing was where to meet the trail to ski and how to get back. We figured out how to get to the lift fairly easy and the walk there wasn't bad. Getting back, we all got confused and ended up walking a lot farther. There is a bus that runs up the hill, but it didn't appear to be running on schedule. I am sure if we had stayed longer, we would have figured it out, but maybe having a map at the condo would helpful. Overall, great trip! We will remember it for future trips.

Everything was just as described in the listing. The heated garage for ski equipment is great. Owner was very responsive and ski out is a breeze. Ski in not quite as easy as ski out but still only a short walk off the trail and into the condo. Would absolutely book this place again.

Condo was exactly as described. Across the street from a path to snowflake trail and lift. Made ski in/ski out easy. Master bath had heated floors and stocked with shampoo/conditioner/shower gel and a few towels. Kitchen had all the necessities. Hot tub was great too! We loved our stay.

Family Ski Vacation

Good location, nice property to get some rest after a day on the slopes. Ski in ski out, may be stretching it a bit but if conditions were perfect, it’s close. Best case it’s a 40 yard walk to a flatish trail head where you can access Snowflake for the ski out. Ski in requires more effort but again, perfect conditions and maintaining a lot of speed, you can get to 75 yards away. I have no gripes just want to be clear on the definition. Bunk beds in one room and a queen in the other were awesome for our family. Full kitchen, fireplace in the living room and access to community hot tub. Overall would rent again.

Cozy condo

The property was just like the pictures. Very comfortable for my wife and I the 6 days we stayed there. Owner stated the garage was tight but it was perfect for our Harley and trailer. Location was within walking distance to the Main Street where all the shops and food was located. Owner was very helpful with any questions we might of had. We would definitely stay there again!

Awesome spot, amazing location!

This was a perfect spot for our stay at Breckenridge - the place was cozy and had everything we need and the location was unbeatable. The hosts were very helpful as well and even let us check in early.

A bad weather day of skiing is still a good day.

Condo is ideally situated with a Breckenridge Freeride bus stop two minutes away and two stops from South Main Street. The unit was well stocked with appliances and kitchenware. A bonus was condiments that were left reduced buying extras of these. (there were coffee filters, salt/pepper, jams, peanut butter, sugar, butter, etc. already there) The unit was clean and comfortable. The garage was heated so perfect for dropping off the skis in the evening. Overall, very impressed. One small consideration. The hot tub is at the far end of the complex, with no change area or heated place for towels, etc. When it is 5F outside the walk to and from are pretty chilly. But I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Great Value + Destination between Peaks 8 and 9!

This is a great value and spot for being able to have near-ski in/ski out options for Peaks 8 and 9! Bus Stop is 3 minutes away with quick 5-minute bus ride to Peak 9 and 5-minute walk to Snowflake Lift to Peak 8. Accommodations were very nice (it was great having the garage to store ski gear to minimize going up and down the stairs. Most importantly, Abby was great to work with (accommodating for early check-in and helped when we a had a snafu in leaving clothes in the dryer) - our family of 4 would stay here again!
