Serene & picturesque farm setting with large yard, picnic table, horse paddocks & a 160 yr old barn.
Next door to Prince Edward County, less than an hour from the GTA. Relax at this spacious & peaceful place to stay. 3 double occupancy bedrooms with queen beds, space for up to 6 guests. Bunkies are available for additional guests.
The property is located close to golf courses, wineries, the Trent canal system and wonderful beaches.
Gorgeous set up for micro weddings complete with everything but the dress.
Fresh & yummy selection of items delivered in a breakfast basket.
Private main house entrance with a large sunroom looking out to the maturely treed front lawn that borders on a beautiful horse pasture.
The large living room has comfy furniture, a large screen TV with Chromecast, video games & a massage chair.
There is everything that you need to cook & entertain in the bright open kitchen.
Two full bathrooms with big showers, one has a bidet! Lush bath sheets, towels and face cloths are all supplied.
Our 3 spacious bedrooms have lots of pillows, soft sheets, blankets and quality mattresses. Each has its own air conditioner. There is a crib, baby baby bath, change table & baby monitors.
Enjoy stargazing and the firefly display while sitting by the bonfire, or select from our incredible selection of board games.
Large mature trees and decks on both sides of the house to watch the sun rise & set.
BBQ & huge fire pit with comfy chairs.
We offer an introduction to horsemanship course. Focused on developing a relationship with your horse, building trust and learning how to enjoy them as the majestic animals that they are. Together we will groom & go over their daily care, equipment for riding and exercising them. We will show you how to saddle & safely prepare for a ride. Once ready, we will take you to the arena for a brief lesson and then an enjoyable ride. The course is about 2 hrs long, cost is $180/person. Students must have long pants and boots with a short heel. Helmets can be supplied.
There is also a professional photographer on site! Family portraits can be arranged for $275 and includes JPG files.

Wonderful place Exceptional experience.

We stayed on a farm in a beautifully appointed guest house. The owner hosts were so kind and offered exceptional accommodation and experience. Our grandkids won't soon forget and have the photos lined up for show and tell next week.

The stay here was amazing Andrea and John were so welcoming and courteous ,they gave us a pony ride for my infant daughter. Just a wonderful vacation tons of memories for.us watching our daughter play with dogs and horses.W ouls highly recommend
