Balcony overlooked the parking lot, easy to check your car, and watch the trains go by! Parking is ample. No need to worry about finding a spot. The staff from check in to the breakfast area staff were very friendly, courteous and willing to help. The rooms are a bit dated, but clean and with more than enough room - bed, fridge, chair and desk to work at if need be. I will not hesitate to book here again.

The TV required login or free accounts just to watch TV. Get rid of all the streaming and get normal TV so that guests can simply turn on the TV and watch sporting events without having to step up accounts and navigate QR codes. With the WIFI guests can stream what they want.

Enjoyed our stay here, lots of parking and nice waterfront view. Park closeby for walking, close to shopping and restaurants. We were disappointed that the pool was closed for maintenance as we were looking forward to a swim.

As compared the price, the rooms are so bad. The ventilations are not working properly. The room what we get, the ventilations, the heating and cooling is not working.They put that governed. The price what they charge. I think is not worth it as compared to the rooms. they should go for a motel price rather than a hotel price. I stayed in the motel where the price and the room are really good.

Dump Dirty Disgusting I want to submit photos I booked RAMADA hotel because it has a pool advertised. When I arrived a door was forced to remain open because it stank like raw sewage. The room was filthy. I documented everything. I will reach out to the city council of Belleville, the Ontario and Federal Government respectively. I demand the payment for the night returned on the VISA card I paid with.
