The staff were fantastic, the front desk ladies were very welcoming, smiling. While the hotel is kept very clean. It is outdated in the rooms, the view of the harbour was there but no balcony. Which left us to wonder, why did we pay so much our room? ($500 tax in)

The location was excellent. We faced the harbour and enjoyed all the activities on the water. We used hotel parking and walked on foot to shop and eat.

We chose a queen lake view room, and it was fantastic! The views were never ending. The hotel was spotless throughout. The front desk staff upon arrival was incredibly welcoming and helpful. And, the location could not have been better for enjoying downtown Kingston.

It’s near the water and restaurants breakfast they give you boxes with muffin cake and egg beds are comfortable you can park under for 20 cad if I go I will stay again

This hotel was probably top notch in its hey day. Presently it is a bit more run down than expected, with some wallpaper peeling, stained toilet that kept running, the suite door needed a shove to fully shut. There was no ramp to enter the building so you had to carry luggage up 6 high steps which would be difficult for some. The hotel was certainly was outdated, but it was clean and the staff were great with customer service. The beds were extremely comfortable and were the best feature of the room. The location was excellent, right downtown Kingston and close walking distance to many restaurants and shops.

With an issue with the parking of our vehicle, the front desk staff were very accommodating and solved the problem for us...on site parking is limited for vehicles under 6 ft.
