room was good - clean someone STOMPING around upstairs all night and early morning - so didnt get much sleep BREAKFAST- 9am no-one in the room but breakfast choices were pitifull. no eggs, no spoons in tray, Coffee was awful, no bacon, dry ham and sausage, no orange juice few pieces of bread, not as good a stay as we had 2 weeks ago

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the facility was so comfortable. The hotel was very homey and welcoming with a quiet but busy pub in the lobby. And the room’s fireplace and seating area were so cozy and nice during our cold weekend in Kingston. The room was comfortable and the bathroom amenities were really well-thought out. Dual head shower, extra curtain space, shower cap and nice mild, but softly scented soaps, ample shelving for toiletries and very good lighting options. I was very comfortable here during my three night stay.
