The room was tidy as expected, but it was not clean. I have pictures of mold in the shower, hair left around, stains in the bedding, dust accumulation, oily and hairy film on the pool water surface etc. I just want the cleaning fee refunded as the room was clearly not cleaned properly and they said I took too long to ask even tho I have picture evidence (and I’m sure their rooms are like this all the time even now). I asked a couple weeks after the stay because I was there on a tight schedule and did not have time to be switching rooms or hunting anyone down.

Paper thin walls and doors. Could hear a cough or sneeze. Rooms are large and spacious but bathroom tiny could sit on toilet and reach the sink to was your hands. Check in was simple, little difficult to find the room. Our first room had some sort of bugs in it. Went back to front desk and they switched our room which was nice. Was still a little off putting all weekend. Pool was quite dirty as well which was disappointing.
