There was no muffins as mentioned at check in we were there in coffee area number times between 6am and 8.30am. The hallways didn’t seem air conditioned feel sorry for housekeeping staff. In my original booking I mentioned I was travelling with a dog and was put on second floor. Had to use stairs to take the dog out for walks as wouldn’t go in elevator the dog 110lbs so couldn’t just pick him up and carry him.The hallways are lighting is dim and carpet in hallways looks very dirty. I should have asked for a credit was not worth the amount paid.
