Front desk gentleman (Rob?) very helpful. Bed was very comfortable. Chunk of something on the front part of the couch A staff member knocked on my door early in the am and just said sorry and walked away. It was just after my husband left for breakfast. Why would he be trying to get into my room? He didn’t have an anything with him like a laundry cart. I did not feel safe after that.

The staff were incredibly kind and patient. They made me feel safe and welcome. Their customer service is amazing, and I always choose to stay at this location over other hotels. Affordable, awesome customer service, and I believe newly renovated! Thank you to the awesome staff!
