We booked a lake view room and it was really nice overlooking the water. The room was very clean and quiet, Very good location, could walk to many restaurants, and park was right next to hotel. The trolley was right there along with the boats to take you on tours. The one down side is the (breakfast) in morning. You are given a box containing 2 hard boiled eggs, muffin,yogurt, apple sauce, piece of cheese, and juice box. You can get coffee and tea as well. Wish they offered cereal, toast even. The parking lot is very small. Very hard to park.

Just a day trip on our way to Toronto, it was a nice place to stay, close to everything in the area. Parking wasn't included though, it was an extra $20.

The ONLY bonus for this property is its amazing location. Right beside the cruise terminal, trolly, restaurants, and the city hall. But its amenities and basic maintenance are poor. The first night I asked for slippers but they claimed that they were out of stock. Then I found out there's no body wash in the bathroom, plus the bathtub drain was stuck. They partially fixed it the next morning but the lower part of the faucet was still leaking. The most unbelievable part is their "breakfast" - are all cold pre-made stuff designated for school camps. Doesn't worth the price paid at all for all the unacceptable situations.

🛏️ Clean room with a cozy king-sized bed and stunning water views. Just steps from Kingston’s charming waterfront, full of friendly locals, unique shops, and delicious small restaurants. 🚴‍♀️ Brought our bikes—no issues. Highly recommend for a relaxing, walkable getaway!
